Ordered a bouquet for my wife birthday on 18th November 2023 ( interflora price was Rs. 1400 and i can get better than that from the market @ Rs. 300-400 ) and I Received worst flowers bouquet. I didn't even gave it to my wife that was soo bad. Than I request to return the bouquet and refund my amount on email and they people offering me 50% discount gift card. What I will do with that bouquet? Worst service ever.

Absolutely pathetic experience with Interflora. Inefficient and customer care + grievance team are in over their heads. If you want to embarrass yourself in front of the recipient or want to be hoodwinked into placing more than one order please go ahead and use them.

Terrible experience - they sent completely dead flowers. And then offered a 50% refund. Why would they expect anyone to pay for dead flowers (even 50%) is beyond senseless. They delivered replacement flowers, but only after the day was fully over so the flowers had lost their meaning and purpose. Don't think I'll be ordering from them again.

I sent flowers from india to Italy worth 10k (inr) and it was a disaster. Absolutely not true to what they show in the pictures and honestly so underwhelming. Never ordering from this website again and would suggest the same to anyone who wants their money’s worth.

I strongly advise against ordering from Interflora India. Everything about this delivery was of exceptionally POOR quality. The roses were wilted, the fruit bar smelled and tasted bad, and the card was printed on cheap black paper. The basket itself was mostly empty, padded with crumpled paper to make it appear full of Diwali gifts — which it wasn’t. This is the second time I have received a gift from Interflora India - and BOTH times they Dont surprise. They consistently PENNY PINCH abd pass the buck onto their customers, ruining a perfectly good occasion. Who wants to pay 4500 INR for OLD and STALE food and flowers? Overall, a deeply disappointing experience and not at all what the brand promises.

I wish I could give zero stars, alas. I ordered flowers for my mother for Mother's Day placed two days in advance on 8th May with a 6am-2pm delivery slot. The flowers never arrived within the window. There were no updates, no communication, nothing. I had to call them at 2:30pm myself to find out what was going on. I was told by their agent that their website was down due to demand. Honestly, if you cannot plan for a day that is on the second Saturday of May, it is an embarrassment. I was then given three different delivery times across a phone call and a WhatsApp message, none of which were met. The flowers still had not arrived by 7:30pm. I have now requested a cancellation and full refund, however, the moment I was trying to create for my mother cannot be recovered. The 2.0 rating on Google is well earned. Avoid.

Bad experience, I received stale old flowers.. literally it’s a bad omen.. it’s so rude in so many cultures. who buys dried flowers? Even if the company doesn’t know, how’s it value for money? I even asked the delivery person his excuse didn’t make any sense bcs it’s not the first time I’m receiving flowers via online flower shops. His excuse was oh thiss might have happened during the delivery? Like what even?

I had specifically selected and paid for the Mother’s Day delivery slot between 6 AM to 2 PM, trusting them to deliver on one of the most important days of the year. By 6 PM, after waiting the entire day, they casually informed me that the flowers were “finished.” If you cannot handle Mother’s Day orders or any special days, then stop taking bookings and fooling customers. What’s the point of offering time slots when you have zero intention or capability to fulfill them? After constant fighting, repeated follow-ups, and complete mental harassment throughout the day, the order was finally delivered at 10 PM — practically the end of Mother’s Day. Completely ruined the surprise and the whole purpose of the gift. Terrible management, false promises, unprofessional customer service, and absolutely no accountability. Never ordering from them again and would strongly advise others to avoid this website if you actually care about timely delivery and customer service.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my recent order experience ( Order No- 18280921) The delivery was scheduled within the 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM time slot, but the order was delivered only after 8:00 PM. This unacceptable delay completely ruined the purpose and timing of the occasion for which the flowers were ordered. To make matters worse, the flowers delivered were entirely different from the product displayed and ordered on your platform. The arrangement was of visibly poor quality, with substandard and unimpressive flowers that did not justify the amount charged. Sharing images of the flowers delivered and ordered for your reference. Further, when I attempted to click on the feedback link to formally raise my concerns, the system incorrectly displayed that feedback had already been received — despite me not submitting any feedback at all. This raises serious concerns regarding the credibility and reliability of your customer feedback mechanism. Overall, this has been a highly unsatisfactory experience marked by poor service, lack of quality control, and a faulty customer support process. I expect an immediate response along with a suitable resolution, including a full refund for cheating us and ruining the occasion.

Extremely disappointed with this experience. I had sent a birthday message for a friend, but Interflora delivered a completely inappropriate message (“Happy Birthday Hubby – private message”) instead. This is not a small mistake—messages carry emotions, and this caused embarrassment. What’s worse, the customer support response was very casual and lacked accountability. Expected much better professionalism and care.
