The perfect example of TOTAL FAILURE of Customer orientation. Instead of seating Recovery agents in your call centre, try having customer care agents who focus on delivering flowers (which is your core business) rather than eagerly waiting to cancel orders due to your own screwed up online payment gateways. Ordered a bouquet of 4000₹ and the time frame was 1300 to 1700 and they called that it was damaged on the way. It even did not get delivered till 2000 even. Calling their helpline and useless. Totally unprofessional behaviour. Can’t trust anymore.

The order was finally delivered the next day. Customer service can definitely improve.

I ordered pink and white lilies which were quite expensive but the flowers that were delivered were only white which was very disappointing. Their customer care number is also not working properly, I could hardly hear what the lady on the other side was speaking. Terrible Service.

I have been using their services for the past year. During this time, I have sent their bouquets both within India and to the United States. They have proven to be highly reliable, and in the rare event of any issues with an order, they provide instant solutions also.

I got a beautiful bouquet. However the stems were so short it will hardly last. The Care packet says add water to the packet and trim stems to make them last longer. Try trimming this one it didn't even reach the water .

I ordered bouquet from them and it was supposed to be delivered on the same day by 2PM . However they delivered the same at 11PM. They spoiled the occasion for me and my family. After that when i asked for complete refund then they stopped responding. Pathetic service !

Worst experience. Company shows different items in pic but delivers v poor quality of different item in place of that. Even their costumer executives r most incapable to solve the problem. Once you pay means gone in dustbin. In place of beautiful bottles as in picture they delivered jute bags.We placed the order considering gems to be delivered in blue bottles shown in picture. I advise all not to place orders to such cheaters.

Delivery boy manish was totally unprofessional. He was not ready to go to the given address and was calling me in the middle of night that please tell your friend to come outside to receive the bouquet as he has to go for other deliveries
