Order was delivered on time, can't understand why this company has such bad reviews,the company authority should look into this matter.
Horrible customer service experience. They do not deliver on time even when they make you pay extra delivery charges. And then they do not accept their mistakes. Keep your phone on hold. Extremely rude customer service people. JUST HORRIBLE!
Very big promises but poor service. My order did not get delivered even after paying additional charges and no updates from anyone. Their support number is out of service.
Very poor quality of flowers at exorbitant rates. Flowers are already old n shrivelled up at time of delivery. Only packaging well n cheating customers. Very disappointed

Great marketing, unimpressive product. The pictures are lovely with great background but the product is average, small in size and very expensive. I get great bouquets with more flowers at half the prices at my local florist so why should i spend my money on this

Worst service. Overpriced.They delivered a wrong bouquet. Ordered floral champagne received carnations!!!!! Customer service sucks. They just ruined the occassion. Very very disappointed. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!! Return my money!
