Wakefit - Furniture Store in Rohini

Very helpful staff and knowledge level is good . My suggetion to every customer first visit the store check the quality after place the order. Offer will be same on online and offline but, visit and check .

Visited the Wakefit store recently and had a really good experience. The staff was helpful and guided properly without rushing. Bought a pocket spring mattress — feels very comfortable and premium. Overall, smooth and satisfying store visit.

Very poor service. Ordered a set of 3 portrait online . They were damaged but even after repeated complaints , nobody turned up to pick up and it has not been replaced. I am surprised to see the rating to be 4.9 review .

Hi Team, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my Wakefit mattress order and the way this issue has been handled. • Order placed at Wakefit Rohini on 31st May. • As of 21st May 2026, three incorrect replacements have been delivered. • Each mattress received has had wrong dimensions despite packaging stating otherwise, indicating serious lapses in quality control. • Despite repeated complaints and assurances, the same error has occurred three times, causing significant inconvenience and customer harassment. Additionally, I wish to raise a complaint regarding Mr. Ayush, whose conduct has been unprofessional and dismissive throughout this process. Avoid buying mattresses from them — their sales pitch is full of promises, but delivery never matches the words.

Store ambience was good. Sample mattress representation and staff was cooperative. Also, staff was well aware of available furniture and it’s speciality.

Great experience, the store staff was very well informed about the product, Mr. Sanjeev sharma assisted us to select the right chair. He was articulate and very helpful.

Had a wonderful experience in the store with the team, i only went there to buy sofa but ended up buying 4 items to overhaul my entire living room, the team in sector 8 is super helpful and gave in their best efforts to make sure i was satisfied with their sofa, table & cabinets i bought. Will 100% recommend this store.

The store environment is very helpful. Mr Gautam helped us in choosing our required product in a very helpful way. The overall experience was very good. I would recommend visiting the store once if you are in doubt regarding any mattress.
