CUSTOMER HARASSMENT- WAKEFIT ROHINI Hi Team, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding my wakefit mattress order and the manner in which this issue has been handled by your team. Before I explain the issue in detail, please note the timelines — the order was initially placed at Wakefit Rohini at the end of May 31st, and as of today, 21st May 2026, the third incorrect replacement has been delivered The first mattress delivered to me did not match the dimensions that I had ordered. After I reported the issue, I was assured that a replacement mattress with the correct dimensions would be delivered. However, the replacement mattress also had incorrect dimensions. After raising the issue again, I was once more assured that the matter would be corrected and that the correct mattress would be delivered. Today, for the third time, a mattress has been delivered, and yet again the dimensions are incorrect. To make matters worse, the packaging mentions the ordered dimensions, while the actual mattress inside is of smaller dimensions and does not match the specifications printed on the package. This clearly indicates a serious failure in quality control and verification processes. At this point, this is no longer an isolated mistake. Despite multiple complaints and repeated assurances from your team, I have now received an incorrectly sized mattress on three separate occasions. I have spent considerable time coordinating with your store, arranging inspections, and explaining the same issue repeatedly, only to be faced with the same problem again. Being repeatedly asked to return the mattresses and wait for another delivery, despite the mistake being entirely on your end, has caused significant inconvenience and has effectively become a form of customer harassment. In addition, I would like to formally raise a complaint regarding the conduct of Mr. Ayush, who has been coordinating this matter from the store. Throughout our interactions, his language and tone have been unprofessional and inappropriate. Rather than assisting in resolving the issue, he has been argumentative, dismissive of our concerns, and unwilling to acknowledge the repeated failures in fulfilling the order correctly. Such conduct is unacceptable and has only added to the frustration caused by this prolonged issue. I request that this matter be immediately escalated to senior management. Given that three deliveries have already failed to meet the ordered specifications, I expect a definitive resolution rather than another cycle of pickups and incorrect deliveries. Before any further dispatch is made, your team must physically verify the mattress dimensions and ensure that the correct product is delivered. Please treat this email as a formal complaint regarding: The repeated delivery of mattresses with incorrect dimensions despite multiple assurances of correction. The inconvenience and harassment caused by the repeated replacement process. The unprofessional and argumentative conduct of Mr. Ayush while handling this matter.
