On 3 May 2026, I purchased 2 Dohars from your Rohini store. At the time of purchase, it was clearly informed to both the salesman and the store manager that we specifically required the Dohars in blue color. However, instead of placing the order for blue color, the store mistakenly placed an online order for pink color Dohars. The package was delivered on 11 May 2026. Since the package was opened only after delivery, we noticed the mistake at that time. Immediately thereafter, we started contacting the store as well as the customer care team regarding this issue. Despite repeated complaints and follow-ups, no proper resolution has been provided till date. This mistake occurred entirely from the store’s side, despite clear instructions being given at the time of purchase. The store personnel are not responding timely and after repeated calls and messages, their response is unclear and unsatisfactory, and the matter remained unresolved yet.
