Wakefit - Furniture Store in Rohini

Worst experience with their after sale services. I have ordered mattresses from them on dated 24-07-26 not received it yet now( 01-08-26) instead of 29-07-26 of their delivery date. The worst part is that you can’t get any support from them they are just passing the ball and me waiting for the product.

The experience center was well-designed and welcoming, and the staff were knowledgeable and helpful. The Ortho mattress lived up to its promise of providing excellent comfort and support. I slept like a baby and woke up feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The mattress seemed to cradle my body perfectly, and I appreciated the attention to detail in its design. Overall, I highly recommend visiting the Wakefit Experience Center and trying out their Ortho mattress. It's definitely worth it!

Great services offered by the Rohini Store .. humble and knowledgeable. Have been a regular user of wakefit since 2024 and have changed all my mattresses with wakefir orthotics now. Comfortable and reliable. .

Went to buy a TV cabinet, the staff took care of all our needs, they were humble. The process was easy and fast.

Fraud store at Rohini. They give you an offer to make you buy something costly. Then they make silly excuses that payments are not received though there are multiple proofs of money getting deducted. When you try to pay again, they say that the offer has expired. They should realise that by treating customer like this in 2026, there company might get expired. All the best wakefit for your super shitty customer behaviour. You might earn a profit of 2-3 thousands by doing such deplorable acts but do remember that this profit will haunt you for a long time.
