Security guard and security head corporation is very poor the security head is very arrogent they don't know how to talk with patients and attendent. Every day they change rules make new rules.and if someone there know person admits in this hospital, rule are not applicable on them this is very interesting. I am visiting this hospital from 2014 but now it becomes the worst hospital.

We were in ward A after getting moved form HDU The staff who call them self as GD were not at all good . We asked them to give my mother a wash around the cathedral area with warm water they pretended not to hear and washed her with cold water . Even after telling her so many times she refused to understand what the request was . Next morning my mother’s cathedral leaked and the attended was my father who was sleeping on the floor . The urine leaked from the over packed cathedral bag and spilled on the floor wetting the mattress where he was sleeping and the cover too got soiled with it . He asked the GD to help him but they did not and after he cleaned the floor himself he threw the soiled waste into the yellow bin near by , the GD asked him to pick it out of the bin and throw it in the other blue colored bin. When it his their duty to get it all cleaned . The nurse on duty did not even say anything . This is the service they give in this ILBS hospital . Very disappointed with the after care they provide here in this place .

Generally i don't not write negative reviews when I am not satisfied with the doctor's treatment and I also believe that it is very important for a doctor to be a good human being, a doctor should give respect to his/her fellow doctors. If a doctor does not respect another doctor then what can we expect from the general public? I have a very bad experience with Dr Ankur Jindal. - Lack of communication - He doesn't perform procedure himself, give his patients to Post graduate students. ( I think it's ilbs rule). - he just want to perform procedure, after procedure he doesn't meet to his patients and suggest /advice any treatment. As a healthcare worker he should be more professional and transparent in working. 🙏

It is one of the most worst hospital. Please don't go there else you will lose your money as well as your patient. We have lost of patient and 22 lacks as well. They are not providing the treatment and doctors are not coming on time. Dr. Rakhi was treating our patients. They have wasted our time and money and eventually discharged the patient and very next day he couldn't able to survive. They will not give you the update on your patient, they only here for money and at the end you will receive the dead body. So please don't go there.

My experience with Dr. Ragini and her team has been disappointing. It appears that their priorities lean more toward personal convenience than patient care, and the inconsistency in MRI reports only adds to the uncertainty.

This place is purely a waste of time, energy, and money. Be prepared to spend at least half a day moving from one place to another. On entering the hospital, everything looks organized, but slowly you will realize that it's very unorganized. Initial registration charges are nominal, which gives you a false sense that everything is going to be like this, but later you will find a few people who are ready to mint money in the name of checkups or tests that are not necessary at all. They are always ready to operate on you, even if a patient is not experiencing much and has just come to seek medical advice. Only Dr. Sarin is the person one can trust, but he is not always available to give substantial guidance and time to everyone, as he merely gave me a 5-minute consultation. This place needs much improvement.
