Parking is free here, environment is good, canteen supplies are very expensive, treatment is also very expensive.

My heart wrenches as I recall the harrowing experience my family endured at ILBS Hospital. Despite the years that have passed since our ordeal in 2015, it's disheartening to see that the same pattern of neglect and greed persists in this establishment. When my father was admitted in anticipation of a transplant, we held onto hope that he would receive the care he deserved. However, that hope quickly turned to despair when, without warning, the staff insisted on transferring him to the ICU and placing him on a ventilator, despite his ability to communicate normally. What followed was a nightmare characterized by a blatant disregard for my father's well-being. He was left neglected, soaked, and unkempt, a far cry from the standard of care one would expect from a reputable medical facility. The medical team, led by individuals like Dr. Rakhi, Dr. Sumit, and Dr. Sareen, demonstrated a shocking indifference to their patients' lives. Instead of prioritizing treatment tailored to my father's needs, they callously prolonged his stay on the ventilator for their own financial gain. As days turned into weeks, my father's health deteriorated rapidly under their supposed care. Shockingly, I later learned that not a single patient survived their time in the ICU during my father's stay—a damning indictment of the hospital's priorities. Tragically, my father paid the ultimate price for their negligence and incompetence. His needless death serves as a stark reminder of the dangers lurking within ILBS Hospital's walls. To anyone considering seeking treatment at ILBS Hospital, I implore you to reconsider. Entrusting your loved one's care to this institution is a gamble not worth taking. Explore alternative options where patient welfare is genuinely valued, for your sake and the sake of those you hold dear.

Great hospital for Liver and Biliary, top level hygiene. But very time consuming OPD process, bit higher price for non panelled patients. Most of doctors are cooperative and provide adequate information before and after any procedure excluding JR and some nursing staff. Delhi's only plasma bank and provides COVID vaccination. New Alert: If you have any panel / insurance or your ward upgraded, you are an asset to them and they treat you to consider a target in their mind. Dr. Ashok Chaudhary did not listen to your concern and just focused on demoralising you to continue the business. I feel they have ward category wise fixed targets. Minimum General 1 - 1.5 Lakh, Semi private 1.5 - 3 Lakh and so on. Dr. S. K. Sarin has not visited below the deluxe or suite ward.

Worst place and poor management, Dr Sarin gives you less than 3 minutes of time and does not listen to patients does not entertain any questions from patients. The general staff and the doctors are equally bad. For example DO NOT ever go to Dr Balram Mishra, that guy will argue with you and will make you feel miserable about your life, perhaps he himself needs his liver checked considering how bad tempered he is or may be it’s the root cause of management of that hospital. In a hospital where OPD takes 6-7 hours of your time and drains you completely and when you think that you will get to see Dr Sarin who will be empathetic to your condition but get blatant disregard of you as even a human being it says something about Dr Sarin and his staff. Doctors would recommend you a 2200 -2300 calorie diet for elderly patients and when you even attempt to ask that not even athletes take such a heavy diet how can a liver patient consume so much they will tell you… Who is the doctor you or them ? And then the medical staff will treat you like a street dog. It was a big mistake going there.
