Krishna Furniture - Sector 14, Gurugram

Extremely poor after sales. Don't buy from here. They offer a service guarantee of one year in which 364 days they will not answer your calls and even the sales agent who sold you the product will not entertain you anymore. I have suffered and hence would like no one else to through same. India's biggest furniture hub which has ZERO business sense and running only on FALSE promises.

The team that came to install it were extremely professional. They completed installation in record time. This was followed up by a feedback call to bring to closure, a very happy and satisfying experience of furniture shopping. Highly recommended.

1.One of the oldest furniture provider in Gurgaon. 2. Reasonable discount they give. 3. Negotiate for more discounts there and as owner is not directly engage due to huge size you can change sale person if not happy with his service.

Very bad experience. Recently I have purchased a double bed from them, don't expect the same price they mention in video. The same product price would be higher by at least INR 15,000 from price mentioned in the video. Clap trap and Krishna furniture together trapping the customers, making them fool. I bought a King size bed but it was of Queen size, so I asked to replace but they only offered to choose me new bed which were too costlier. I asked to refund my money but refused, at the end I have to pay INR 6,000 more for a new bed and had to go beyond my budget. In this compromised price I could go for a good quality heavy Sheesham-wood King size bed at M Studio. I wouldn't recommend to go there for furnitures.

Rajni at Krishna furniture is no doubt one of the best facilitators who patiently showed us around and offered suggestions when arlsjed allowing us room to make uninfluenced yet informed decisions. She also took special pains to transparently inform when the cloth we ordered for the sofa was out of stock and helped us choose an alternative Very satisfying experience all in all

Good showroom, good designs of furniture with competitive rates. Sales executive Kundan guided us nicely.

The quality is very good and the work is done quickly. There are many color options and the sales executive Rajni give us full support in the purchase. It was very good

Krishna furniture is one of the good Furniture shops in Gurgaon but majority of the few Sales persons are careless and don't even bother about Customers. Once the final payment is done they don't even care about After Sales service.Customer needs to call them and follow up.Would not recommend from next time onwards.Worst Sales persons ever seen

We purchased home furniture from Krishna Furniture and I really appreciate Ms. Suman ji ( Sales Representative ) who helped us in purchasing all the furniture with her experience and understanding. We thank her a lot in helping us.
