Krishna Furniture - Sector 14, Gurugram

Do not waste your time or energy coming to buy furniture here. Having read the reviews I thought I would give it a try but our experience was absolutely terrible. We decided to purchase 2 lounge chairs. We came after 10 days when they said they were complete, but once we inspected them they were half finished. The wood Leg colors not matching, the fabric unstitched at some corners. The owner Mr. Himanshu assured us that they would fix them properly after a few days. We came back again, driving almost 45min. They had wrapped them in plastic, hoping we won't check. Once unwrapped, again the fabric was improperly stitched at a corner. We spoke to the tailor, who admitted that he had accidently ripped the fabric, and did a workaround to fix it. We asked Mr.Govind the sales rep and Mr. Himashu to change it since it was their mistake, and they simply refused. Now after writing a poor review they have been harassing my husband and I with calls. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Go to Urban ladder or any other more established brand.

Ms. Suman attended us very well while focusing on minute details with good and valid suggestions. She has good and detailed product knowledge. We appreciate her hard work.

Very large collection and a lot of options for all kind of furniture. The staff (Mr. Abhishek) is also very friendly and knowledgeable about the furniture. Must visit place for your furniture needs. Recommended.

The furniture designs are ancient. We got a sofa made from them based on their own design. The seats are not that good and the fabric options extremely limited. Also not worth the hype. It's just an old furniture shop that is carrying on because of being an old shop in Gurgaon.

Best shop in gurgaon, i liked the prices alot. Amazing experience Met db singh, amazing staff

A good range of fashionable, quality furniture spread over two floors! The collection ranges from dining tables to sofa sets to cots and mattresses. The customer service is also pretty good. The prices, however, are a bit on the higher side.

Large collection of furniture items, one of biggest stores in NCR. They have all sorts of designs on display. Furniture is of premium finding. Prices are bit higher side and one has to negotiate on discount. They offer good discounts. They also do custom design on order.vwe got kids beds made here and are happy with the quality and delivery. Basement has temples, almirahs and chest of drawers. They also have wide range of furnishing items with good pricing - sofa fabric, curtains etc. Overall one of best furniture stores in Gurgaon
