Krishna Furniture - Sector 14, Gurugram

I have recently purchased a Sofa set from Krishna Furniture that cost around 60 K. At the time of delivery their delivery boys used the staircases to deliver at my floor. Next day when I checked it was ripped up from all corners. I asked Krishna Furniture customers relattion manager he said they will get it repaired. They have taken the sofa from my place but when they delivered again it was in more or less same condition so I didn't accepted that. I have discussed with them they said they will do it properly but even now when they have delivered it was ripped from 2 places. Mayb the quality of fabric they used is so poor that can't withstand transportation or their method of transportation is very poor. But at the end its enduser who is victim they said they will get it done but now they haven't replied.

Good staff ms suman is quite good.keep it up

Good range of furniture but post delivery quality issues are too much. They charge you 400 to 500 (till 5km) bucks or depending on your delivery location. Delivery boys (employees of Krishna) will push you for good tips. Sales people are inefficient and dont understand one has to say.

Nice and very polite customer handling.. nice experience. Lots of product having good discount. Can visit multiple times. Good ambiance.

Muy experience with the Krishna Furniture was very good . The quality furniture was very nice and the hospitality of one of the salesman named Aman was also very good I would like to visit Krishna Furniture again .

Hands down the worst experience with furniture shopping so far. I was helped by Mr Govind who first of all tried to over charge for everything. After negotiations, we asked them to make two lounge chairs. Once we went to check them, they have holes and stitching was wrong. We complained to the owner- Mr Himanshu. He told us that we should come after 2 days and he will get it fixed. We showed up again and they have just patched up all holes and restitched it by hand, which made it look even worse. Then they wanted to us to take how it was as they told us that’s the best they could do. We left the place promising ourselves never to come back. Waste of time and money.

Good staff ms suman is quite good. Keep it up

I have visited krishna furniture I loved it and I'm buying it I will visit it again and the employee was kulen bayan he was soo sweet and hamble with us he does the great jod 😊👍🏻 …

This is not a sleep well mattress shop. Beware. They are selling their own mattress and claim to customize then for your requirement. They will quote the same price as sleep well because apparently they are using at par material as sleep well. I did not order for the fear of fake products

Awesome place..wide variety of furniture in single shop, helpful and knowleagable sales person, special mention of Ms.Suman..very gentle lady and soft spoken.and always ready to show options in all the floors.
