Complaint Against Reliance Fresh, Rohini Sector 11 – Unprofessional and Negligent Staff I am deeply disappointed with the unprofessional and negligent behavior of the staff at Reliance Fresh, Rohini Sector 11, particularly the counter staff member Dinesh. My experience at this store was nothing short of frustrating and unacceptable. During billing, Dinesh excluded an item from my purchase due to a missing barcode but failed to inform me about it. This item—a jar that I urgently neededwas removed from my shopping without my knowledge. It was only after leaving the store that I realized the jar was missing from my bag. When I immediately returned to the store and inquired about it, Dinesh casually told me to go upstairs myself and bring it back—as if it was my fault! I pointed out that this was a mistake on their part, and instead of taking responsibility, he said he had asked for an announcement. After waiting for 10 minutes, two female staff members arrived, but they showed no urgency or responsibility in resolving the issue. This behavior is unacceptable! They wasted 15-20 minutes of my time, causing unnecessary delays when I was already in a hurry. The staff at this store clearly lacks basic customer service skills and has an attitude of indifference towards customers’ concerns. Is this how Reliance Fresh treats its customers? Ignoring complaints, wasting customers’ time, and showing complete intolerance towards genuine issues? The way they handle customers is unprofessional, irresponsible, and downright frustrating. I expect Reliance Fresh to take strict action against such poor service and ensure that staff members are trained to be accountable, responsive, and professional. If such behavior continues, customers will lose trust in the brand, and word will spread about the terrible service at Reliance Fresh, Rohini Sector 11. Surprisingly a good Reliance Smart store, located adjoining G3S Cinema. The location is good and it's located on ground and first floor. Ground floor consists food items which are fresh food and vegetables and packed and processed foods as well. Processed food packs like rusks, bread, biscuits were having damaged stuff inside. There are Luggage and hand bags as well. First floor is having garments, personal care and toiletries etc. Display, service and prices are good. Parking is free if you shop more than INR 500. The store open early morning at 7 till 10 pm.

Many attractive offers but take it with care so that you will not regret for Yesterday i bought milk from there when i use it is not in condition to drink. Please don't bring milk products. Staff takes so much time for billing.They take bills of there staff why when we are in queue .

Worst store. AC is not functional. I enquired about it and the manager said that it has been just couple of days and that work is in progress to rectify the issue. Upon asking a employee he/she said that the AC is not functional since 2 months. Imagine how would customers feel shopping in sweat. Pathetic.

VERY POOR SERVICE I was waiting in line at the cash counter for 15 minutes. When my turn came the cashier went away without saying anything. Even after that, I and my wife kept waiting for 20 minutes. Then I left all the collected items there and came out of the store. Very bad experience with Jio smart store. People have many options for grocery shopping right now. Never visit your store again

Very bad experience the staff is not cooperative, the place is filled with useless stuff , very bad smell and it makes people suffocates , the "AC" does not work there is no fan or any air fresheners and there are many counters but only 3 staff to handle all these they don't have change such big lines at the billing very poor service and horrible experience , will never visit this place and wouldn't recommend anyone to come here .

Environment is good..u almost got everything here at affordable and disconnected rate..staff is helpful..sometimes the checkout become little headache..

It was a very bad experience. I asked a staff member, the name of the staff member, Soni Sharma, i ask where is the shampoo department? She replied very rudely that I have no time my time is over, you should have come earlier, now I can't do anything. It was a very bad experience. Very bad behaviour .

The worst store I had to stand in the line for more than an hour and get my stuff checked 4 times and the Prakash Joshi is the worst manger ever and should be fired immediately as he have no sense how to manage such a big store or handle issue or talk to a customer. If was able to give a 0 start I would have . Their ACs are not working there is no drinking water the produce section fridges are not working the employee section and employee washrooms are in the worst condition ever.
