Here the staff are very bad with costumers in side the store the cash counters staff is very misbehaving with costumers. So I will recommend to plz ignore this store u plz chose other store or local general store or subzi Wal thanks lot.

Very poor experience at this JioMart store. The billing counters are completely mismanaged. Even after informing the manager about the long queue and waiting time, he responded rudely saying that all six billing counters are already open and refused to arrange additional staff. I had to wait more than 45 minutes just to get my billing done. The staff behave like government employees — slow and careless — and the manager’s attitude is no better. Green green frozen etelyfresh peas from keventers completely rotten, discoloured emanating foul smell, well months before the expiry date NEVER BUY FROZEN ITEMS FROM THIS STORE.

I'm deeply hurt and disappointed.... with the behavior of the staff specially the "uncultured, irritating and most misbehaving lady " who was emplyed at measuing things like pulses, rice, sugar etc and other open and unpacked food items ... she is the worst for the "Reliance Store" here ..... your prices are the best ... no doubt... but most of the female staff is the worst .. on first floor... girls were not even telling about any items ... even my wife and i were asking them ... so nicely ... they always sit or stand in groups ... and pass on their customers to other boys or other dedicated girl...

Nice environment. Staff is not much cooperative. Not aware of the going offers. Also the network in this area is not at all strong. So how can we make payment via digital sources. Although they have good variety of products.
