Has every thing one can think of buying spread across a vast are on 2 floors. Extremely helpful staff and CAS counter boys. Kudos to the team and stores for managing in Profesional style. It was my first time visit to any reliance store and I m happy. Done purchasing worth 10k.

We had very bad experience in reliance smart store. Majority of the products are of cheap quality Mother dairy paneer was found bitter in taste and pigeon electric kettle found out of order. There is no after sales service provided by the store. Now, reliance has become a big NO for us and our friends and relatives also

Really bad... The staff was too clever that they hid all the good fruits and vegetables for themselves and all the rotten eatbles were left. The offers displayed were different from that actually given to us. And when asked for the difference, the cashier was so rude to say k yahi h ab bill mein lag gya h ab hum kuch ni kar sakte, aise hi le jao. After payment, when we were cross checking the bill then found out that they have charged us for the items that we didn't buy. And when asked for the store manager, they said he is not here and to our surprise he came after so long and started shouting k liya hoga hume kya pta jab bill mein aya h. Neither will visit there again nor would recommend anyone.

They have this practice charge different price from what they quote on display. Their manager name Kundu seems encourage them to do so. I have personally experienced this thrice out of my 4 visit and the thing is you can remember price of each article and they easily cheat on customer this way. When you ask them to check, you have to wait for 20-25 min to get is resolve.

This place has awesome variety of grocery, toiletaries, vegetables and foods, clothing and kitchen essentials. I generally buy my packed food from here. They have a good collection of various shampoos, detergents, soaps, face washes etc along with great deals. I bough some boxes also, but they were not of superior quality however they were aptly priced. Vegetables available are generally fresh during afternoon as they restock it then. Kiwis, pineapple, plum and coconut are generally cost effective here.

Here you can get all items of your desire. Offers and discounts are also pretty good. But the reason I gave three stars is because its not much fancy and great in terms of infrastructure compared to other malls . Also their security system is quite weak.I have seen people stealing items from that mall. Otherwise this mall is nice!

The AC of the store never works …. Have experienced this may times …… I think they intentionally shut it down…. To save electricity bill… Today also on 2nd August 25 I visited and it is not working ….. Company should do something about this …

We avoid it because of irritating billing process.they deliberately delay the billing , makes you wait for longer time.sometimes you go from one billing counter to another in the hope of better billing but they have a billing gang.they are trained to waste your time.they insist for upi payment,even if you have paid by another payment option, still they will insist for partial payment by upi.they very well know that almost every mobile network is poor in their store.then they will taunt you if your online payment delays or fails.its their way to keep you standing there in the billing que.they take longest time in the world to scan every item for billing.then they start moving their head here and there in between billing (another way to keep you standing longer in the que).then they will hang the system in between to keep you wait longer for billing que.then they will make some offer of discounted sugar of low quality to you and impose on you.then they will put a small basket in front of you to choose one item for 9 ruppe (again of low quality,cheap product).then their final trick to keep you and next customer to wait more:they pick their yellow highlighter marker ,take print out of the bill and start searching for something in your bill.then they will mark something in your bill and show you that you have saved money on this bill.(Rubbish).they think customers are illiterate,can't read their bill.but they are highly trained in this process of keeping you stay longer in billing que.Many a times we have wasted our milk and dairy products in thier nonsense slowest billing process.so first we stopped purchasing dairy and frozen foods from them.And now we are totally avoiding them.
