Returned after years, and its still great quality, lovely staff, quick, efficient and warm.
Been coming here for past 4 years, but today was my last visit. Got a pedicure and a gel overlay refill for the hands. The girl doing the pedicure didn’t even take off my previous clear nail polish. Only filed the nails - badly done, and rubbed my feet with soap. No dead skin removal. No cleaning under the nails. To top it off was cutting living skin off the sides of nails after the ‘massage’ was done. I am still in pain. The so called massage was just rubbing lotion onto my feet. Now for the gel refill, the gel work had to be done twice over so spent an extra 25 minutes sitting in their uncomfortable chair. The receptionist was informed but didn’t seem to care. All they did was discount the ‘massage’. And mind you even after being an old patron and receiving such horrible service I still ended up paying ₹4350!
It’s a sweet and clean place , however in pedicure they are ok don’t have equipment’s much and didn’t scrape off my dead skin much . Girls are soft and gentle extension was for 3700 basic French nicely done but same quality you can get in 1000-1509 to be honest. What I didn’t like are the chairs - they were very very very uncomfortable. If you are having multiple services at once you cannot enjoy on that chair . So hard to sit on gives back ache ! They need to Change immediately for me to come back. And improvise pedicure bit more in same price ! ! As dead skin isint off properly from heels . They need to work on pricing for extensions as it’s all acrylic and no gel . I don’t see investment on good products except gel polish in opi and blue sky. Rest all inexpensive product no superlative in that luxury amount Services Pedicure, Nail extensions
I have been going to them for last 3 years and I can see the decline. The place is looking worn down and tired. The equipment are not working properly. The nails polish are all dry and thick. I now question if the equipment is sanitized well too. Will have to find a new place
