1010 The Nail Spa

I love 1010 it's the only place I go while I am travelling for work. Great service, very clean shop and their staff are all amazing at nail art! Suggested for anyone wanting a perfect mani/ pedi!

Found 1010 on a bloggers profile many moons ago and have been going to them regularly and loyally. Infact, I have sent a few friends here who also loved their services. There is a persisting problem of the credit card machine not working - no information given often of that so you land up and have to walk to the nearest atm to get the payable amount, which is very irritating! Of late, I have noticed that some polishes have dried up but they keep using them - it just takes so much time to dry even under the fan drier. Also, since I feel this is way above a beauty salon the cleanliness and hygiene should be #1 priority which sometimes it is not with the chair not being sanitised and the foot bowl having last times soap bubbles still there - it would help if they did it in front of the client. Application and selection of the nail polish is good. Better than many of the places I have been to (including Lodhi hotel and Blossom Kochhar). However, I was a little disappointed with the spa pedicure, thinking it would last at least 40 minutes. It was done in 20 minutes and the lady doing my pedicure used the rough heel scrubber on my skin - the tops of my feet and ankles - after scrubbing the dead skin off my heels. In all my years of doing pedicures, no one has ever attempted to use a tool made for the soles of my feet on my skin. Come to think of it, I have no idea why I didn't stop her. She managed to scrape off some skin and it hurts a lot when I touch it or when that area comes into contact with water. I have to say, I won't be going back. Even after telling them, they didn't seem to care one bit. Apathetic staff who don't care about customer satisfaction.

This is where I always go to do my nails in Delhi. The ladies here are very professional. Salon is clean and they use OPI nail polish. I especially enjoy getting my nails done by Atin who does a great job! Services Pedicure, Manicure

The best service I've had in Delhi. It's been over a week and my gel manicure has yet to chip. I cannot say that for any other salon I've tried in Delhi. These ladies really care about their clients and the product look. I've had so many compliments on my manicure since getting it done. My new nail salon!! Very clean and wonderful staff.

This nail salon was smaller than I thought it would be, quite tight to enter and exit but comfortable enough while you’re sitting in the pedicure chairs. The women staff were quiet but good at their work. The foot and leg massage was great with strong pressure, which I appreciate! It was pretty hot inside therefore I think they really should have put on their AC. Also, it would be nice if they offered at the least water bottles.

I should have first enquired about this place which I didn’t and that cost me 6300 for such bad quality service Never going back again They were rushing for god knows what. They didn’t even gave us service for full 1 hr and charged such huge amount. So moral of this review- IF YOU HAVE MONEY TO THROW JUST THROW IT ON ROAD BUT DO NOT GO THERE.

Any glowing reviews must be fake. Stay away from here. Worst manicure and pedicure of my life!!! The woman was so grumpy and frantically rushing the job in order to get back to doing her own nails and then sit around. She filed my nails paper thin, my nail beds are still hurting from her horrible filing and my nails will break from being this thin. She also shaped horribly and I had to fix this myself. You might expect this at a cheap salon, but to be charged 5400 for this garbage quality is disgraceful! Also, the place is so run down, chairs are worn, sinks are gross and cracked, black mould all over the walls. Yuck. Services Pedicure, Manicure

The manager was not cooperative at all. Very poor service. The store is supposed to open at 10:00 AM, but the staff does not arrive on time. The manager was also very rude and unprofessional. Extremely disappointing experience.
