Guys, you should not waste your money at all in doing this course by going here, taking all the details from them, making TV payment, these people are not what they appear to be, they only do makeup on the face of a model, not on someone else's normal face, so that you get good skin and you feel that you are doing something great, but when you do it on a normal client, then the truth will come out and when you comment, these people delete the comment from the post, after knowing that, all these people will ask you extra money for everything and you must have already made the payment, if you have already made the payment then you will have to agree to everything they say. I will say that if you do not hire models, you apply makeup to your family members or friends and they do not like it, then you should not hold us responsible…. please guys, understand that you will apply makeup to models, but if you go ahead and work, what kind of skin will you get, what kind of client, you should let them apply makeup on every skin, after spending 2-3 lakhs overall, what is the use if you are not able to learn well

My experience at Preeti Gera Academy that left me genuinely disappointed and ultimately led me to LEAVE the course after just four days. I researched various mua and academies before choosing Preeti Gera Academy, as I genuinely loved Preeti mam’s work and had always wanted to learn from her. My biggest priorities were personal attention, proper teaching, and a smaller batch size. When my mother and I visited the academy before enrolling, we specifically asked about the batch size and were told that it would be around 22–30 students. I was actually looking for a batch of around 15-16 students, but I decided to compromise because I trusted the academy’s reputation. On the introduction day, I was shocked to see approx 39-40 students in my batch. On the next day, I reached early and sat in the front row, where I could understand the demos properly. But when I looked behind me, I realised how far the students at the back were sitting from the demonstration area. Since the seating was rotated, I knew I would eventually have to sit there too. I immediately raised this concern at the reception, along with the difference between the batch size I had been told and the number of students actually present. Later, I also came to know from other students that they too had been told the same batch size. The academy room is very long, and with so many students, those sitting at the back genuinely struggled to see the demo. During practice sessions, the room also felt extremely congested, making it difficult even to move around comfortably. On the third day, several other students also started raising the same concern about not being able to see properly from the back. The matter escalated, and Preeti mam came to speak to us. Honestly, I was quite shocked by her response. During the intro, she had come across as extremely sweet, polite and soft-spoken, but during this conversation, I personally felt that she was quite rude towards the concerns being raised. We were told that previous batches had never complained about this and were given examples of how successful the academy’s students are, but the basic issue still wasn’t answered..how is a student sitting at the back supposed to properly watch a detailed live demo? As I did not pay to look in LCDs While she was speaking to us, I remember telling a friend that we should make a video of the conversation because I wanted to have a record of what was being said, especially after the confusion regarding the batch size. Shortly afterwards, our phones were collected so that no one could record the conversation. Then Preeti Mam herself said that anyone who wanted a refund could take one. I considered taking it, but when I went towards the reception, Preeti Mam personally spoke to me and reassured me. She offered to provide two or three private classes if I was not satisfied with my results and also spoke to my mother, asking her not to worry. I appreciated the gesture and decided to give the academy another chance. Unfortunately, when I went back to class, I was assigned a seat at the back during a bridal hairstyle demo and I experienced exactly what I had been concerned about. I could not properly see or understand the demonstration. Then during practise, I struggled to get individual attention with nearly 40 students, and different trainers sometimes explained techniques differently, which became confusing. And there is so much more that I can’t even put into a review. Anyways, I do appreciate that my refund was provided and Preeti Mam was polite towards me while I was leaving. But If I had been given the accurate details from the very beginning, I could have made a more informed decision and all this unnecassary drama could have been avoided. My advice to others would be to personally confirm the exact batch size, seating arrangement and student to trainer ratio before making such a significant investment. My feedback to the academy would simply be to always choose the path of truth and transparency, especially when you yourself say that this academy is a Mandir for you.
