Excellent service and guidance by Ms nanda

Ravinder Ji was very sweet, polite and focused on listening to us

Very bad customer experience.Would not recommend anyone to visit here. They take full payement in advance and make fake promises regarding the delivery of the fabric, later when asked they say that fabric is on its way and will receive soon. It’s been 10 days that I have made 100% advance and still they have no answers. Very bad experience.

They have exclusion range of classic fabrics. I am impressed with the design and quality. Wonderful experience with Dreams Furnishings looking forward to purchase more.

Went there today to buy sofa fabric and had a ver bad experience. When we entered there was a man at the reception and was continously on a call. We stood there for almost 10 mins to know which floor to go on to get the kind of fabric. On asking for around the 5th time he answered. We went to the 1st floor and asked the salesperson to show us the kind of fabrics we needed as we had some swatches with us and he was smart enough to completely ignore us and we thought he is occupied with other customers which he was not actually. We started pulling out fabrics and started matching with our swatches ,then there was another sales person to whom we asked three times to show what we wanted but he also chose to ignore. Waited patiently for 10 mins and felt insulted and left. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 if you cant provide service to your customers then why did you make a huge store 🤔

Extremely overpriced and very shady dealing. I was told that for measurements a person will visit and post the measurement I've been told that the visit costs 2500 while the store in barely 2 kms from my house. Lots of hidden costs. Stitching costs etc are also wayy above the others for no reason. Do not get impressed by the size of the store Other stores in the same area have much better stuff at a better price.
