The services provided by the staff was smooth and satisfactory. upholstery and curtains fabrics delivered were up to satisfaction… and compared to market price.

I am not about the product but they have horrible customer service. I was in the area with my 70 year old mother and she had to urgently use a washroom and she insisted to go to one, and she was refused. I was waiting outside and I went inside and requested but they said in their big showroom they have only 1 washroom which isn't working. On humanitarian basis also they didn't consider that a lady of that age would be only requesting for it if its urgent.

We went to buy cushion covers. There was no staff to help us. We had to look around ourselves to find the covers. We wanted to leave but we really liked a cover, so we stayed , looked for it's pair and then went for billing. Billing was the worst experience. People in the queue before us were complaining that it took so much time to just get the things packed and then they had to wait so long to pay. We waited for our turn but then the billing counter guy announced that the system is down. He can't print the bills. We are waiting for this guy to do something and all he is doing is leisurely making calls to his colleagues, telling them that printer broke. He showed zero professionalism and did not try to get the issue fixed. Another colleague went to get a new printer I wouldn't suggest this shop unless you really need to buy from them.

Came and was attended to by Ashwani ji, the owner himself. Personna class apart. Was well attended and am extremely satisfied bu jis suggestions and recommendations. Then was attended by Sumit at the time of pick up. Services flows downwards. Loyalty pledge life long.

Really good collection under one roof. Sumit ji always help make any mood board come to life. Very courteous and helpful. Pricing also reasonable.

not a good experience at all! Pls visit only if you have surplus money and atleast 3 weeks to wait for the fabric! There is nothing readily available there and all is only on order! badly short-staffed, so the selection job which should take max 1 hour in the showroom, takes 2 1/2 hours!!! Even after all this, there is a delay in delivering the fabric and excuses for the same. Quite unprofessional! I am sure there are far better options close-by.
