Dreams Furnishings

My father retires this year and my mother wished to renovate and redesign the house to mark the occasion. I was referred to this showroom by a dear friend who is also a recognised Interior designer. I wanted some basic upgradation on my existing upholstery and some elegant furniture to match the look. I reached the showroom on a busy Friday evening and I expected some delay as there was quite a rush. Luckily, I was quickly greeted by Mr. Akshay and Mr.Ashwini Khurana who turned out to be the owners of this massive showroom. They took no time to understand my needs and setup a quick appointment to visit my apartment in Asiad to understand the look and feel of my place and accordingly give recommendations. Today they completed the drawing room and it looks absolutely fantastic. Can't wait to share an update after the entire house is completed. Highly recommended.

Vicky has done a good job

Worst experience.. take 100% payment in advance and now they are saying borders are not available.. will take another few days. Never ever will recommend anyone to visit this store. Our bad luck took us to that store. Once received whole payment they do not even bother to pick phone and give status. Overall very rude in all dealings.

Dreams is one of the leading retail outlet for home furnishings curtains and upholstery. Best quality and pricing. Showroom is very spacious with different floors for different kinds of material. If you need quality I recommend go at Dreams Furnishing.

This is the worst ever store to buy anything. They have the worst service despite hefty price tags. The managerial staff is disrespectful. I would suggest people to save their money and mental calm. Please don’t visit their store.

Zero everything. Wish I could give zero stars. No customer service, no timely delivery, no service recovery. From start to finish absolute horrible experience. They accept their mistakes but have excuses for every goof up and no sense of remorse or responsibility. Would be happy if they take all the stuff they did manage to deliver in the 1 year since they took my money and give me refund. Prospective customers beware!!!

Really a great place to design your Dream house. Especially came from Banaras to design everything for our house including fabrics, furniture & cushions. Exquisite collection ♥️

I wish there could be negative marking. Dreams owner, manager and staff all are big liars. Extremely unprofessional and not committed. They believe in cust-me-mar policy. The owner is not even interested to meet customers. I ordered some fabric. While taking orders they took some advance and promised to deliver within 15 days. But after deadline salesman started making false stories and after 30 days we were able to meet higher management but they also kept on making false and fabricated stories. Instead of delivering fabric, higher management started delivering fabricated stories and as name of showroom suggest DREAMS the fabric also delivered in dreams. almost 60 days still fabric remains undelivered. Bad customer service. Highly disappointed. Will not suggest anyone.

Incredible quality, just renovated our house and we bought all our furniture from them. Highly recommend

The collection is fabulous and staff is also very helpful. Hospitality is also very good. At doorstep they attend me with respect and understand my requirement. Timelily delivered my curtains.
