DO NOT even think about going to this place. The person ( Pradeep) who attended us was helpful but the cashier (Mr. Vinod) was outright rude and condescending. He belittled us and talked about his shop being "Delhi ki dukan" instead of understanding that the customer is a customer, no matter the place and yes he was lazy and couldn't even do the billing on time. Do yourself a favour and visit Nirmals near it. They have excellent customer service.

An aesthetic decor and the range of choices available are the first things that appeal to you about "DREAMS". We visited the store with the intention of scouting for some upholstery, but our interaction with the owner Shri Ashwani Khurana and his wife and the exquisite finish of their furniture changed our mind. Their warmth and hospitality coupled with the passion of their craft made us change our mind and we decided to go for a complete sofa set with the centre and side tables. The owner's attention to detail and the finesse of their artisans ensured that the sofa set was made exactly as we had imagined it to be. Thanks to Team Dreams for the amazing experience. Certainly a place worth visiting.

After sales service is zero.. got some defect on fabric and have been chasing manager and sales girl for the past one and half month with no response. thy dnt pick up the phone or reply over messages. Will recommend choose some one else thn going to dreams.

They have very good collection of fabrics and furniture. Very unique. I am there customer since last 15 years.

Worst experience.. take 100% payment in advance and then don't even bother to respond. Never ever will recommend anyone to visit this store. Our bad luck took us to that store. Once received whole payment they do not even bother to pick phone and give status. Overall very rude in all dealings.

My experience has been horrible. They took advance from me to check if they have the material in Stock. Later my client dint like their quotation as the pricing was very steep and cancelled the order. Now they have refused the refund of advance. Never intimated this before taking the advance. On calling they forward you to ten different sales people to answer your query. None knows what has to be done. Very poor service, non courteous behaviour. I'm still waiting for a call back. Don't see it happening. I don't recommend this place to anyone.
