The so called furnishing company has extremely pathetic customer service. Specifically talking about Akshay Khurana, they goofed up on the delivery, production and support. When questioned upon a bill that was full and final settled in November 2019 all they have to say is that yes they have made a blunder but 'Bhool Chook Maaf'. If this is the way it has to be done I wish we had an option of a negative rating. Absolutely not recommended keeping in perspective their accountant with so called 35 years of experience and the young gentleman akshay khurana who leads this l. Please dont waste your time here.

This is the second time we are here : First time , We entered at 7:31pm but weren't allowed inside because on the gate it was mentioned open 10-7:30. Today, We are standing OUTSIDE since 6:45 pm. But they are not letting us in because "ORDERS FROM MANAGEMENT" because of excuses like there is NOT ENOUGH STAFF to attend customers. Although they have explicitly mentioned on gate the closing time still they are not allowing customers 45 minutes before that. This is harrassing and unacceptable. Zero Customer Satisfaction. We know how much time and effort goes into travelling in Delhi still they do this - that too unethically. ** we tried calling at the number provided on google and it wasn't answered either.

Horrible services....I selected fabrics for my entire house and gave Rs. 10000 advance in February 2021. Till now, they have taken site measurements twice and still not delivered the material. Infact, one design they sold to someone else despite the fact that I booked it and paid advance. Highly unprofessional and unethical Totally unexpected

They are looting customers money...they take 100% advance and then real pain for customer’s begin..in first place the fabric was never there in there stock for which advance was taken...what was committed to me was never delivered and the finishing was 0..owners and staff are liars and this showroom is nothing more than a show off for extracting huge amount of money from people...they do not deliver what they commit..oops sorry they don’t understand what commitment actually is..we took curtains for our living room which fell on our guests..and when you complain there is nobody who will attend to you..they have made such huge showroom by looting the customers only...after paying 100% advance it is the customer who will run after them for getting their stuff..it took 2 months for getting our 4 curtains for which we paid good Rs 54000/- and we felt that we were begging after paying this huge amount to them... instead of apologising for their mistake they were making fun of us...I WOULD REQUEST NOT TO BUY FROM THEM..I had a very disappointing and disgusting experience..god bless you if you are still going to this showroom..

Excellent place for fabric for sofa, curtains etc.

I've been to their experience centre in Gurgaon sector 29 to buy some fabrics and had some query regarding the furniture displayed. The staff at the front desk didn't seem to have any idea about the pricing and I was told to leave my contact number and that the owner will contact me. It's been more than a month and I still haven't got any call from their store. I'm so disappointed with such an unprofessional behaviour.

Went their with a friend to select some curtains. It was not a good experience. First we had to wait for about 20 minutes just for the staff to see us. Considering the fact it was in the noon time when there wasn't much customers to deal with. Then the guys who showed up were so unprofessional they kept juggling between catalogues in confusion, could not provide me with some of the designs I asked them for. Worst part is even you somehow select some design or pattern , they ask for money to book it in advance without even conforming the if it's going to be available. I don't find it to be a good place to purchase unless you are content with picking up of the shelf items.
