Very dirty service and the behavior of the staff was also very bad. My wife and her entire family got their makeup done from here and they paid Rs 20,340. They used very poor quality products. They have all the local products.

I had a very disappointing experience with eyebrow threading here. I had clearly instructed the staff not to reduce the width of my eyebrows, but despite that, the right eyebrow was significantly over-threaded—almost half of the thickness was removed. The left eyebrow, however, was done properly with a good shape and arch, which makes the asymmetry even more noticeable and frustrating. To their credit, the staff acknowledged the mistake immediately. They took photos for their records and repeatedly told me that I didn’t need to pay for the service. However, I still chose to pay the full amount because that felt fair for the time and service provided. What I found concerning was that when I mentioned I might leave a review, I was requested not to do so. As a customer, I believe honest feedback is important so that others can make informed decisions and the business can improve. I appreciate that they owned up to the error, but such a basic service requires attention to detail—especially when specific instructions are given. Unfortunately, I’ll have to wait weeks for my eyebrow to grow back.
