It's a small unisex salon, but the service that one gets is fantastic. The salon takes care of all its clients and their respective needs. The staff is courteous and ever ready to help you. The hair stylists, staff, which does the manicure, pedicure and facial, and waxing are trained well by their owner. It's always a pleasure going there, and one is satisfied after the work is done.

Today, I asked at the salon about the basic facial price. They told me that the basic package costs ₹1500. However, later when I spoke to the team, I found out that the ₹700 facial is also considered a basic facial. If customers receive accurate information at the right time, they do not get misled and it leads to a better overall experience.

My girlfriend got her haricut today from this place and Krasiva git it absolutely wrong. She wanted her hair short till her collarbone and but they trimmed it way shorter than that even after her reminding them constantly to keep it till the collarbone. Her salon expert Alex was continuously talking, was always distracted and his conduct was not at all professional. Even their blow drying of the hair was not up to standards and they completely botched it. This is the last time she will be visiting this place for the haircut. Very bad experience at this place. Will not recommend it ever again.
