Non Doctor staff is arrogant and unresponsive. I tried reaching out thrice but they are apparently too busy to respond to anything. Seriously needs to be fixed. There is no regards for patients from them although the doctors are very polite and highly qualified. Some of the staff dont care at all.

It’s been almost two months that I have shifted our dialysis treatment from Akash Hospital to Sehgal Neo Hospital and my experience at Sehgal Neo has been very positive. The hospital feels authentic, genuine and highly patient oriented. The cleanliness and hygiene standards are very good and the staff members are extremely friendly, caring, and supportive. They are very patient focused, and ensure that i feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout the treatment.

We had a lovely experience at sehgal neo hospital. I underwent LSCS at sehgal neo hospital on a Sunday. The surgery was done by Dr. Alka Mam team. I am thankful to Dr. Priyanka Bagai mam for the surgery. Post partum care in this hospital stands apart from other hospitals. I was taken care properly and timely by all staff at sehgal neo. We stayed in room no. 356. The staff trained me properly about exclusive breast feeding and neonatal care was also amazing with Dr. Chawla, Dr. Shubham and Dr Jagpreet as consultants who visited my baby timely. I would definitely recommend this hospital to anyone seeking perfect post op and neo natal care as well as antenatal checkups with Dr. Alka team and Dr. Priyanka bagai . Can’t thank enough for the amazing experience at the hospital.

My Father in Law Mr. Puran Lal 73Yrs old, Parkinson's Plus Patient underwent daycare PEG Tube Placement + Endoscopy surgery with the Gastro Doctor in the Hospital recently, since then he is experiencing SEVERE abdominal pain just after giving the feed to him. When approached & asked in emergency, there is no Gastro Doctor & not even the Doctor who did the surgery available to see the patient in EMERGENCY. What kind of Hospital is this which does not take responsibility of Post surgery emergencies???

Today is my discharge day holding bed 1 and finally I’m feeling so well because of hospitality and staff was so good service was very nice and helpful only in 3 days I’m so recovered by this hospital facility and Thnks for staff to cooperating with me so well and agin tysm Seema mem for a wonderful service Ty🙏 …
