Excellent service. All the nurses and staff are very caring and supportive. The doctors are highly professional and attentive. I also really liked the hospital food—it was very good. Overall, a very comfortable and satisfying experience. Highly recommended.

I had a very good experience during my hospital stay. The staff was extremely kind, helpful, and always ready to support whenever needed. The cleanliness of the hospital was excellent and well maintained at all times. The doctors were very professional, caring, and explained everything clearly. I felt much better and satisfied at the time of discharge. Thank you to the entire team for taking such good care of me.

Very good hospital with helpful staff and experienced doctors. Room No. 351 is pretty good. Everything was neet n clean. All staff is very helpfull.

They may choose to behave differently with me, but such extreme negligence toward my baby is completely unacceptable. I strongly advise against choosing the NICU in this hospital. I was truly impressed with the dedication and professionalism of most of the staff I interacted with during my delivery, postpartum care, and even with the TPA team. However, my experience changed drastically once my baby was admitted to the NICU and I was discharged, despite my preference to stay for my baby’s health. The behavior of several staff members—including even the cleaning staff—shifted noticeably. There were exceptions worth acknowledging: one nurse on the 5th floor (whose name I unfortunately don’t recall, but she had a look-alike colleague) was exceptionally kind, and Dr. Amritha, who assisted me with lactation, was extremely knowledgeable and supportive. Their compassion stood out in contrast to what followed. That said, I observed serious issues in the NICU: - A clear lack of coordination among staff. - My baby suffered from negligence in multiple ways: 1. The breast pump provided was extremely dirty and appeared never to have been cleaned or sanitized. 2. My baby developed severe rashes and red bumps all over his body. 3. The cannula inserted in his leg caused significant pain, blood clotting, and a wound that remains uncured even after a month. 4. At the time of discharge, we were not informed about this negligence or its consequences. 5. Despite the mistake, the hospital did not take responsibility for treatment costs or offer any support. 6. We later learned that the wound caused by the cannula may take months to heal—solely due to the hospital staff’s error. 7. Because of his wound and rashes, I cannot use diapers, leggings, or socks for my son during winter. From a mother’s perspective, the challenges this has created are immense. I wish I could share pictures to show the extent of this mistake, so that others can understand the seriousness of what happened in the NICU. Thanks for listening

I had a very mix kind of experience. Emergency ward process is very bad, even after paying the 1000 rs fee I am just looking for medication for half an hour for my 3 yr old daughter. After admission they will take good care of you but before that please do not visit this hospital emergency ward.
