Dear Seghal Nursing Home Management, I recently underwent day care surgery at your facility and would like to provide feedback based on my experience. Firstly, I would like to commend your medical staff for their excellent care and professionalism. Dr. Alka, the assigned nurse Nisha and her team, as well as Magan and Dhanraj (TPA Staff), were all very attentive and supportive throughout my stay. Their dedication and expertise made the medical aspect of my visit very positive. However, I encountered several issues with the administrative staff that need to be addressed. The administration staff was not cooperative, which added unnecessary stress to the experience. Specifically, the PR Incharge Shalu along with Dr. Abha did not respond to three calls and was not cooperative when needed. Additionally, the placement and infrastructure of the day care room need improvement. The room was far from the OT, and the gate was too small to accommodate a stretcher, causing significant inconvenience. Despite calling for assistance multiple times, it took 1.5 hours for Gaurav, the Front Office Head, to arrive, and even then, the administrative staff did not cooperate with him. After a long wait of 2 hours, the issues were eventually resolved, but this delay was unacceptable and avoidable. In summary, while your medical staff is exemplary, the administration needs significant improvements in cooperation and efficiency.

3rd class doctors, only money making hospital. Doctors were called life saviour but nowadays This hospital doctors are only money maker. Specially Rajneesh Kumar. The whole management is non cooperative. I will not recommend any to go to this hospital.

I am admitted in sehgal Neo hospital in room no. 401 The hospital care is very good ,cleaning ,food service,Treating doctors,nursing staff all are doing good job taking care of patients.i am fully satisfied for the service.
