Doctors are very good, very supportive, no attitude. Even staffs are also soft spoken. Helpful. But hospital is full of mosquitoes. Everywhere like waiting area - we are unable to sit there. There is no place in the hospital where there is no mosquito. Seriously this is the horrible experience to wait in the hospital. You should guys really need to take urgent action on this. Even we are unable to wait in the parking area.

Sehgal Neo Hospital provided outstanding care for my mom during her recent hip replacement surgery. Dr Monish Malhotra and the entire staff was kind, attentive, and always made sure my mom was comfortable and well taken care of. The hospital facilities are excellent, clean, and equipped with everything needed for a smooth recovery. We felt very reassured knowing she was in such good hands. I am please with the services of Mr Jai Khullar he is taking care of my father health from last 6 years and we are happy with his guidelines. He is a wonderful person always listen with the patience. Also in nursing staff mr kuldeep who is very polite and never get irritated and night also we disturb him so many time always he came with a smile and encouraged my father. Thanks to both of them for taking special care of my father.

I am highly disappointed with the services at this hospital.It took their ambulance 50 minutes to reach a distance of 2 km from the hospital on a public holiday when there is no traffic on roads. There is no facility for advanced streture where a patient could be directly shifted from bed. They just brought a simple cushion bed like a mattress which couldn't even bear the weight of the patient and it had no safety measure of belts so that the body doesn't move. Cherry on the cake is that they charged us for 2 helpers in ambulance but asked for 3 male supporters from family to hold the patient and being down from stairs with the unsafe mattress . After raising the voice with the receptionist , they hardly acknowledged the truth .I really advice the highly paid operations manager to seriously looking after the services to provide to the patients. Today it is us in the critical situation, God forbidden it could be anybody else who is more serious too. Your job is not only to earn hospital revenue and increase the bank balances with salary , you should inturn bring the value of services to the people. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE AMBULANCE SERVICE AND FACILITY.👎

It was a nice experience with Sehgal neo hospital. Doctors are great and staff behaviour is so well. Nurses and sisters are attentive too

Service quality of their Dialysis centre is very good. Each and every staff is very cooperative and cordial with the patients especially Roopchand who is very helpfull and diligently performs all his duties.

My doughter admit in Room no 551 this hospital ..the hospitality is good all staff is very calm n healping ..all doctors are well experienced ..fully ac room comfortable bed all arrangment are 10/10..

I stayed in room 553 and had a very good experience. The staff took great care of me, even though different people came at different times. They were all attentive and professional. My meals were always served on time and maintained proper hygiene. I'm really satisfied with the service and care I received.

Last night, at 2 am, I visited sehgal neo hospital. The staff spoke to me verly rudely and disrespectfully. I had asked for permission to stay with my wife, who was in labor pain, but they ask me to leave the room, even though there were no other patient in the room and dr simran arrived she also supported radha nurse, covering up her mistakes. When i went to reception to complain, they don’t have complaint or feed back form. I humbly request that action be taken against radha mam nurse. Otherwise, hospital reputation will be damaged and no one refer to sehgal neo hospital. Worst staff ever seen

A one day bill for my insurance is 1.06 lakh . In 2 days they consumed my complete insurance. The same treatment for a cash patient is around 40k for 5 days. Issue was the patient has cough and slight breathing problems. Room rent varies as per insurance. I was told room rent to be 2.5k but finally charged 7k. Please …please avoid, the doctors are also subpar. This hospital is the worst form of evil that one can get during the times of stress. After this experience i realise there is no God in this world, only demons.
