I recently had surgery here. While the surgery went fine, the room that was allotted to me was in very poor shape and size. It was a very small and dingy room. I have medical insurance with a reasonable value. While it could have easily approved a deluxe room, I received a room that was poorer than an economic room. Especially when I was charged ~1L for the surgery and admission for only a day. My family has been coming to this hospital for 20+ years, and I have never had such a bad experience in this aspect. In fact, the room quality and size were one of the reasons why we come back here every time for hospital needs. The management should look into it and take care of it if they want to retain their loyal patients.

I would like to sincerely appreciate the excellent care and dedication of Mr. Roopchand ;Mr asif :;Mr bashisht in the dialysis unit. He is extremely professional, kind, and patient-focused. His gentle approach, clear communication, and deep knowledge make the entire process much more comfortable and stress-free. What truly stands out is his compassion and personal attention to every patient. He not only performs his duties with perfection but also ensures that patients feel safe, cared for, and respected throughout the treatment. I was in 555 B and was very impressed with the overall care and professionalism displayed by the staff.
