We have our baby delivery in hospital and it was an amazing experience. The entire staff was very helpful and supportive. Even the nursing care was gud specially sister Silky who was always their to support and guiding us with the baby care. We have been coming to this hospital from last few years. We had our baby here and it all great, without any hitches. Nursing, feeding, cleaning staff are quick to respond and help through everything. From counselling to helping. Nurse Silky was really helpful and so was the rest of the staff.

I was admitted here, for a week, in room number 252. It was a comfortable experience here. I didn't have to worry about my medicines or other procedures. The doctors, sisters and staff are very polite. Everybody was very caring. The treatment is also upto the mark. Thank you Sehgal Neo Hospital for your service and care.

I went to the hospital with my baby because he had fallen from the stairs and was having pain in his shoulder. When I asked the nurse if the doctor was available, she said yes. Then she made a slip for ₹2000 and gave it to me. After getting the X-ray done, I found out that the doctor was not actually available, and the nursing staff was just taking photos and sending them to the doctor on WhatsApp. Is a common person paying the doctor’s consultation fee to actually see the doctor, or just to have their images shared on WhatsApp? After complaint That available nursing staff treated us very rudely and staff behaved like goons. Pathetic seriously

Genuine Feedback:- About Gynae Department:- Staff of Hospital and Management is very good and supportive but if doctors are not good so that doesn't matter. If you have normal pregnancy (without any complications) so you can think about this hospital. But If you have any minor complication or high risk pregnancy thn pls dnt consider this hospital and specially Dr. Alka jain and her team. It's our bad luck we neglected all negative comments about them and we consulted with them .. our good going 5 + month pregnancy became high risk...and we lost our baby. Dr. Alka and her team (Dr. Priyanka Bagai, Dr. Lipi Verma) not a expert of high risk pregnancy...pls dnt consider them.. Life is important. Save life. Regards
