I came to have my father operated for Knee replacement. In consultation with Dr. Shekhar Shrivastava, we were given a cost of 3 lacs as a package which includes cost of robotic surgery as well. We confirmed the same to the doctor's assistant. Assistant gave a confirmation to the hospital for amount 3.25 lacs without informing us that the complete cost of treatment has increased. At the time of discharge hospital provided me with a final bill of 3.5 lacs. With my discussion with doctor regarding the cost (since doctors negotiate nowadays instead of the hospital staff) he said that "I am reducing the cost to 3.25 lacs as a help" (this is the same amount which was messaged by the doctor's assistant to the hospital). Hospital along with doctor are proficient in arithmetic progression of the cost to the patient. Have outrightly denied to pay the amount to the hospital "stating they can decide when to have discharge when the amount can be corrected from their end". Just FYI not using insurance assistance for the treatment.

My mother was admitted to this hospital, in room no-203 A and I am very grateful for the care she received. The doctors were highly professional and explained her condition and treatment clearly, which gave us a lot of confidence. The nursing staff was extremely caring, attentive, and supportive throughout her stay. They regularly checked on her and made sure she was comfortable at all times. The hospital environment was clean, well-maintained, and hygienic. The entire admission and treatment process was smooth and well-organized. Thanks to the dedication of the medical team, my mother received excellent care. I truly appreciate their kindness and would highly recommend this hospital to others.

Services provided by hospital is good and took good care of patient. Dr. Nikhil Verma is also a very good person. He helped us in understanding all the situation and did operation successfully Room number was 209B
