Dr. Shekhar Srivastava has been am excellent doctor. From replacing my father’s knees 12 years back to now his revision knee surgery every thing went just perfect. Nursing staff at hospital, each and every one from Preeti, Sanjana & Dolly have been extremely caring to every patient on the floor. I would also like to appreciate efforts of ward boy Raj kumar for his dedication and support to all patients. I could not have found a better hospital than Sant Parmanand Hospital.

The patient is under recovery now and doing better each day. It was really smooth and comfortable stay during the treatment.Cleanliness and other facilities are top notch.

Money making machine............. Doctors are best marketing guys Some doctors are good while some are just looking for the money and will force you to do the operation. The Doctor will prescribe only the medicines which are only available in the hospital pharmacy. you cant buy the medicine from outside with the same name. The nurses are so trained that they can check your BP just by checking the pulse with hand. 60% are untrained/intern The ward boys from Enterprise (outsource) think that they have more knowledge than the doctors and will misbehave and no one will help even if the complaint is raised. The nurse will bring the medicine/injections stating that its yours and put in the drawer while silently took the other medicines and never return. If you ring the bell the ward boy will come and will insult you if you need nurse not the ward boy. There is no option to call the nurse directly. First the wardboy will come and he will call the nurse. Overall it is good if you are poor but if you can afford some pvt hospital go for other options. Dont get scammed by the big building.

They don't care for patients, doctors stay out of OPD and their assistants informs that Dr is in OT, and patients keep waiting for hours. I understand that a Dr could go in OT for hours, but you should have an alternate dr to attend patients in OPD else should not register OPD for that perticular dr on 5he specific day. Worst experience and staff speaks like they are doing some kind of charity and not charging anything out if patients.

Thank you the awesome treatment, my mother was admitted to the hospital in room 603 and now feeling much better before she was diacharged. Thank you once again Dr. Amit kumar Shridhar and the entire team for such healing hand treatment

Outstanding care! The doctors and nurses were incredibly attentive, explaining every step of my treatment. The hospital is spotless, and the entire staff made me feel comfortable and valued. Highly recommend this hospital for their professional service and excellent medical care.

We admitted in hospital on 2nd April 26, in sant parmanand Kashmere gate.. We got room on 8th floor in 805, so overall service here was extremely good and satisfying. Each and every staff, nurse or any other helping staff was kind and humble and extremely helpful. They made us so comfortable over here ...Nurse dolly and preeti was really good and excellent nurses..they were humble kind..and always available for us whenever we needed..All the best to them and to all the staff on 8th floor.. including the helping staff all were excellent.

My grandmother was staying here in room 308-B after her surgery. The staff was very respectful and helpful and handled everything efficiently. The doctors and nurses were polite and handled everything professionally.
