Pathetic service. Hardly 5 people can sit in customer lounge. Ac not working, no.wifi offered, staff is very casual doesn't care much. It's better to visit some place else
Great service center, Technician is very good in work.
Very well experience as expected. I came here after read these reviews at Google ,and got excited to share my delighted experience. Mr. Gopal is great person.who is helpful for all customers.
Loved the way service provider Sandeep Parashar treats customers and help them.
I had a terrible experience at this car service centre. The staff were rude and unprofessional specially piyush, and it seemed like they had no idea what they were doing. They did a shoddy job on my car and I ended up having to take it to another mechanic to fix their mistakes. Piyush himself was extremely unhelpful and seemed more interested in making money off of me than actually providing good service. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Avoid at all costs.
I am writing to express my heartfelt appreciation for the outstanding Service Advisor Mr Roshan Rai work done by his team. It's a great experience at Mahindra Mayapuri he attended me very well and good job done by his team. Outstanding work done by them.......
Great experience and service..very well attended by supervisor Roshan Rai..
Worst service experience after relationship with mahindra service in 7 states. Not recommended at all. Arrogance, incompetence and inadequacy, all exemplified in this workshop. Interacted with shahzad and sufaid. Wonder, why management has kept them. Absolutely unprofessional conduct.
Workshop is cramped but staff is good and efficient
The experience at workshop was extremely warm and cordial. Mr. piyush the executive at the workshop was cordial and his services were up to the mark. Ms shalu at front desk helped us in every possible manner Overall experience was great Good job
