Every Aspect of experience was excellent... did not really expect such good sevices.Every.staff member from Receptionist, Serviceboy to Cleaners were very very professional and well behaved. Proper timely process was followed.They heard my complaints and worked on them.They even offer tea/coffee and lunch to visitors.Its well maintained big facility.They washed and vacuumed interior properly too. Awesome Experience....will come here for future services and repairs. Mahindra has done a phenomenon job in uplifting its image amd services.Good to see an indian brand providing such services. As expected, service experience is great. Miss shalu receptionist is super cool. Very helpful to all customers. Her customer attending is mind blowing. Very impressive.

I recently had my car serviced at this service centre and I was extremely disappointed with the experience. The staff was rude and unprofessional, and they did not seem knowledgeable about the issues with my car. The service took much longer than anticipated and there was no communication about the delay. When I finally received my car back, it was not properly fixed. The prices were also outrageously high for the poor quality of service that was provided. I would not recommend this service centre to anyone and will not be returning in the future

Very unprofessional, I have been to many Car Workshops but never had such an ugly experience ever. Had to wait for more than an hour to get an advisor despite reaching at 9:45 in the morning and having an appointment. I sent the Car for replacement of Headlight Bulb and ended up getting the brake pad removed, complete service done but Headlight Bulb wasn't repaired and got another appointment to get it fixed. They just provided QR Code for payment as an option or wanted it in Cash, when the QR Code didn't work, their cashier admitted the problem and asked me to send it to staff's personal account, they don't accept credit cards or any other payment method for online payment. Wors experience ever.

I am facing the car play issue since the date of purchase, i.e. I have purchased the car on 13th Feb 2025, and this problem started on 14th Feb 2025. Moreover i have sent the car to Mayapuri service station for one and a half day, but still the issue is unresolved.
