I have been with Arya Power Yoga accademy for the last 8 years. It has been a wonderful journey and a life changing experience for me. Sunil Sir and his team of instructors are exceptional, dedicated and extremely passionate about Yog. They possess the Expertise to teach students at varying levels . Every session here is different and I learn something new in every class and always leave feeling refreshed and renewed. Holistic approach, Asanas, Pranayam, Dhayan, Shuddhi Kriyas, taught here... helps in understanding the mind, body and soul connection. Arya Power Yoga is THE BEST yoga studio of New Rajinder Nagar. The place full of positive vibes. All the teachers are much experienced and trained. They combine both modern and traditional yoga in such a beautiful way. The one hour is a recharge session for whole day. Sunil Mann sir meditation sessions are amazing. What a great work for society.
