I always wanted to learn more about yoga, beyond the asanas.My friend introduced me to this yoga center and after following for few months I took the plunge. And I’m extremely happy that I did this for myself. I learned a lot and it has changed my complete perspective of looking at other things, Situations and myself. I would highly recommend this yoga center and all the teachers were very knowledgeable, disciplined and approachable. I surely would like to advance on this journey in near future with this yoga center.

I have been learning yoga from arya power yoga academy from last 3 years, it has been such an honourable experience. Sir is not only an expert in his respective field but also a dedicated mentor who genuinely care's about his student's and gives them support and motivation. It has definitely been a remarkable experience so far.

Arya Power Yoga academy is genuinely my best experience in yoga. They guide everyone based on the individual’s level and push everyone to achieve their better version. They explain the benefits of every asana and also caution individual’s based on any injury or pain. I would highly recommend this academy to anyone even slightly interested in yoga.

My yoga Guru;Sunil Mann in Arya Power yoga is one of the best yoga Guru!!He helped me feel better both physically and mentally. The way he taught me was perfect for what I needed, and it made me feel relaxed and centered. I'm really thankful for the way it improved my well-being..

Undoubtedly, Arya Power Yoga is one of the best yoga centre. They have different variation for each day and it feels like everyday is a new day. Trainers are really good. They push your limits so that u come out of comfort zone which help to increase ur flexibility and mobility.

I am practicing Yoga with Sunil sir eversince the studio opened. I have learnt so much about Yoga which generally teachers don't bother to explain. Sir explains everything while teaching and provides us a very comfortable space to be in ,not just to practice Yoga but also discuss your queries and health issues for better health. He is truly a mentor and I'm proud to be associated with him. I don't wish to go anywhere else after I've joined his classes.

Amazing yoga classes they have a very positive environment and work both on physical and mental wellbeing. I have been a part of Arya power yoga from past 2 years and it has had a very positive impact on me. Must join classes as they offer supervised great exercises with daily variations.

I joined the centre on 27th May 2017,after being recommended by two friends. Since then I grew so fond of it that perhaps I never miss it ,if I am in Delhi. There is so much variety, that monotony never sets in. As Sir says, Yoga is is actually way of life,rather life Style,which keeps your physique, your soul healthy,keeps you away from negativity. Seeing positive changes in my daughter's well-being forced me to join Arya Power Yoga Academy. In its truest sense, it has been a spiritually enlightening journey for me.
