I’ve been attending the yoga classes at Arya Power Yoga for the past few months and have been so impressed with the quality of instruction. The teacher, Sunil Mann, is extremely knowledgeable about alignment and anatomy, and he expertly guides students through proper form. During each class, Sunil weaves in just the right amount of philosophy and mindset to complement the physical practice. The thing that stands out most is Sunil's attention to each student. He regularly checks in on individuals who may be struggling with a pose, and provides gentle hands-on adjustments and modifications as needed. Thanks to his clear guidance, I feel safe, cared for, and able to deepen my practice. I would also like to compliment the efforts of the other 2 sir’s, Sandeep sir and Lalit Sir. Without them, these classes would not have been possible. The studio itself has a calming vibe, with soft lighting and tranquil music. It's spotlessly clean, and they provide all the props you could need. I always leave Sunil's classes feeling balanced and renewed, in body and mind. For anyone looking to start or develop their yoga practice, I can recommend Arya Power Yoga and Sunil highly enough. The teaching here is top-notch yet accessible for all levels. I have been practicing yoga since 6 months now The entire session is very relaxing always …i love the way sunil sir and lalit sir takes the classes. Love to the core . Arya power Yoga, a step to transform yourself … A New era of me began the day I stepped here. What a beautiful journey it was I miss it everyday after finishing the course Three Mentor Anil sir , arya and Sunil sir turned the meaning of yoga for all of us . The moments that we experienced With Sunil sir during his setions was like gift from divine power . I actually felt blessed that’s why he choose me to be sunil sir’s student . And Rishikesh days with them were like time which cant come Back in our life , Where i met god where I experienced how we feel when we connected to that divine . Arya sir and Anil sir were like pillar of the yoga asanas . The way they taught us the warmth they gave us . The love and care we received in these lesson was so high that now I am Not getting satisfaction to learn yoga asana from anywhere else except them . And for Sunil sir I can’t thank him enough to bless him with his such pure and true vibes and for the kind of person he is, the way he taught us the power of meditation 🙏🙏changed me completely. When for you yoga is not just a workout but a combination of physical and outer strength this is the place to go to. All the teachers Sunil sir, Arya sir and Anil sir are well aware of each students strengths and work on their weakness. They ensure a proper and holistic teaching system.

I have had great experience of hatha yoga practices at Arya power yoga . Their method is combination of various yoga schools be it hatha yoga, vinyasa or Iyengar yoga with props . Sunil sirs’ chanting and mediation classes are a great value add. I would recommend the classes for anyone looking for flexibility , strength and overall health . Although I was never a yoga enthusiast, joining this center made me realize it was exactly what I needed. Sunil, Sandeep, and Lalit sir are the heart and soul of this place. Beyond excelling in their roles, the positive vibes here make you forget all the negativity. Their expertise in yoga and meditation is exceptional, creating an environment where you truly feel the benefits. I absolutely adore this place and my teachers. ♥️

I had joined the Gurgaon Sector 53 classes and can say that these classes gave me one of the best memories I have of few months that I stayed in the city. Anil Sir and Arya Sir are amazing instructors; the props used are unique and very helpful; and there is ample opportunity to make progress in yoga here.

I joined Arya around 6 months back. I have been to many yoga classes in the past but Arya yoga classes are a different experience, which one realises in the first session itself.
