The best yoga academy. This place teaches you the true meaning of yoga. Its not just exercise, but healing. Sunil sir, sandeep sir and Lalit sir are the mentors behind my transformation. I have reversed my pcod with their help. Its not just a yoga class, its studying your own body and learning about your mind. The best in town.

Arya Power yoga academy is the bestest in the Delhi NCR .. Our teachers are very much commendable with an ocean of knowledge and experience. I wish Arya Power yoga academy to rise and shine ever .

I have been in touch of yog, for a while now (thanks to my partner) but never had a chance to learn it formally. My partner joined Arya Power Yoga to resume her practice and asked me also to join with her as we love to explore together. I loved the daily classes as they challenged me physically to push my limits and become a better version of myself, thanks to Arya Sir and Anil Sir and all the faculty. I like the approach of Arya Sir to approach Asan, he is able to demonstrate that it is less about physical effort and more about mental stability and get you to the final posture. Then my partner pushed me to join TTC, I was very hesitant but still joined to learn something new. I did not really know what was waiting for me, got to meet Sunil Maan Sir, he led my path to experiences which I cannot put into words. It was beautiful, blissful, peaceful. He introduced me with actual meaning of Yog. He taught me different Yog philosophies, gave a taste of different schools and practices of yog. The amount of knowledge and experiences he would have had over various years, he is able to pass those down within few days. It is because of him, I am able to make it a part of my lifestyle. I just wish I could get his sessions everyday. Thank you Sunil sir from bottom of my heart. Overall, highly recommended if you are starting your journey of Yog or have already done and want learn further.

Amazing yog gurus. Highly accomplished, inspiring and motivating. Arya sir and Anil sir knows how to push the students to bring the best out of them. Sunil Mann sir makes the classes even more interesting by not only the immense knowledge that he possesses but also by sharing personal life experiences which gives a holistic approach towards physical, mental, Emotional well-being. Vivek sir made the shatkarma kriya look so easy. Joining TTC at Arya Power Yoga was one of my best decisions.
