It's a unique experience for me and arya power yoga academy is the best as it includes the power yoga with physical fitness and flexibility and mostly I like the spritual vibe of this academy and the outdoor session games with team spirit. And finally the yoga trainers are very friendly and teach according to our stage of learning and their focus is on all the people and they will correct the positions if anything is wrong while doing yoga. It is highly recommended😊.

Joining this centre changed my life and outlook. I look forward to each class with a zeal to improve my inner and outer well being. This is a go to place if you are wanting to know yoga and make it a part of your life. The one hour session here by two dedicated mentors is nothing less than having a personal trainer to yourself. The best yoga studio in town. Everyday is a new learning here. The most beautiful part of this place is the serene atmosphere & positive vibes. The best part is the chanting which I have never experienced before it’s so beautiful & spiritual. We chant everyday at the starting & end of the class it gives so much peace & the way we connect with God it’s divine . We have the best yogacharya Sunil sir , Sandeep sir & Ashu sir they all are full of knowledge & truly amazing souls It’s a complete power package. Meditation out of the world experience , asanas next level pranayama practice is so soothing.

The best Yoga Studio in Delhi NCR because: I have practiced yoga with many teachers in my journey of yoga.Before joining Arya Power Yoga I visited renowned studios as well.What got me glued to Arya Power yoga was the vibe,the welcome, the warmth,the embrace,the confidence, the love,the encouragement ….words won’t be enough to describe. I took a 300hr YTTC (Yoga teachers training course) with Arya Power Yoga. I was under the impression that the YTTC is only for people who want to become Yoga teachers but I was wrong. ‘Yoga is the journey of the self through the self to the self’ The 300 hrs were a discovery of my own self with the help of experts. Anil Sir and Arya Sir are masters in teaching Asanas which set the beginning of the journey.Practicing yoga with them is not limited to physical fitness, getting body in shape it is a holistic healing. Sunil Sir a soul which is so pure.Through pranayam he gives experiences which are beyond comprehension. I feel blessed that I was chosen to get associated with such souls in my life. If you are truly seeking a transformative life Arya Power Yoga is the place.

Arya Power Yoga has truly helped me expand my knowledge about yoga. The asanas techniques that they teach us are immensely helpful. The best part is that the teachers remembers the name of each and every student :) When you are in the class doing your practice, the teacher might not be in front of you and still a voice comes from somewhere saying “Pooja stay in your posture! Don’t give up.” This is the beauty of this institute, they focus on each and every student. I have been learning at Arya Power Yoga Academy for over 2 years now and I have never once felt the need to look for any other yoga centre or gym. The teachers here are absolutely excellent - Sunil sir, Arya sir and Anil sir 🙏🏻. Yogacharya Sunil sir has has an enigmatic personality and his his voice has magic when he takes us through meditation. I am practising yoga in Arya power academy, New Rajinder Nagar since 8 years. Each and every session is well crafted with perfect blend of yoga, meditation, cardio workouts, weight training and many ancient techniques of exercise. I see a tremendous improvement in myself not only physically but significantly in mental well-being. The yoga guru Sunil Mann sir has carved a path of spirituality and divinity for us and we feel blessed to walk through it.
