I have joined the National School of yoga last month back ,, it is one of the fabulous institute in Delhi. In one month, my yoga practice has greatly improved physically and mentally. Ajay Sir, who is owner is very down to earth person and very humble. His teaching style is very impressive. Ajay Sir and other instructors provides expert training and guidance and give attention to every individual. Here yoga classes are very relax and very calm. It is for all fitness levels .If you want to relief from stress and find improvement in health, you will find a path at national school of yoga. Bliss Yoga!!...Thanks

Main pichle kuch mahino se National school of yoga ka hissa hoon, aur mera experience bahut hi shandar raha hai. Yahan ke yoga teachers highly qualified, knowledgeable aur patient hain. Har ek asana ko detail mein samjhaaya jaata hai, aur har student ki capability ke hisaab se guidance milti hai — beginners ho ya advanced level ke students, sabhi ka dhyaan rakha jaata hai.

I took personal pre natal yoga classes from Deepa. I had severe back pain and ribs pain when pregnancy started, Deepa has been extremely helpful in terms of understanding the issue and modifying yoga classes as per my needs. She helped me to cope up with the pain and progress positively. I would suggest everyone to take her classes she is very knowledgeable and helpful. Her guided meditation and sound mediation at the end of session is absolute my favourite which takes away all your tiredness and you feel rejuvenate.I am very grateful to Deepa for helping me through this journey. No words can explain how much you helped me to deal with my pain and letting me stay positive throughout this phase.
