It reduces Stress , increase flexibility, improves concentration, and boosting overall well being. When I enter this place I get so much positivity that I can't even express. So if anyone wants to join yoga it's the best place in rohini.

It was such a wonderful experience to be a part of the Yoga sessions under Gunjan ma’am. She is a delightful personality , always ready to mould according to one’s needs and problems. She is soft spoken and always gives a personal touch to your sessions. Amazing experience.

National School of yoga is the great Institute of yoga in India. Ajay sir is a fantastic teacher, and also a genuinely nice person (which I feel is important when you’re listening to someone talk at you for an hour or more). His directions are very clear and understandable so you’re not looking up to check you’re doing the right thing, and he is very observant, constantly checking you’re positioning. His classes are truly for all levels, and although you’ve worked hard you’ll somehow come out relaxed. The classes are stand alone, but if you attend regularly it is more of a course moving though different focuses which I love, adding new techniques every week to get more from each pose as you progress, as well as exploring new ones. He also runs retreats which are really well organised, in beautiful locations, with great company .Highly recommend.
