Shubham Hospital

I had a very bad experience at Shubham Hospital. The management is extremely unprofessional, and the behavior of the owner was very rude and disrespectful. Instead of treating patients with care and understanding, the owner speaks to people in an unacceptable and arrogant A hospital should be a place where patients feel respected, supported, and properly cared for. Unfortunately, my experience here was the complete opposite. I strongly hope the hospital management improves their attitude, professionalism, and respect toward patients.

OPD services are very good. Waiting time is. Very less. They dispatch ultrasound and x ray reports hand to hand. Doctors are very cooperative and friendly.

They have an exceptional team of doctors. We had a smooth experience throughout our pregnancy journey, and we're especially grateful to Dr. Sushma and Dr. Aarushi for their expertise and care. The staff is incredibly helpful and makes you feel like family. This is our second generation in the same hospital, and we are blessed to have welcomed our twins here under the guidance of Dr. Sushma and Dr. Aarushi. Their dedication and support made our experience truly wonderful. We highly recommend this hospital to anyone seeking quality care and a compassionate environment.

I started my treatment with Dr. Sushma and Dr. Arushi at Shubham Hospital when I conceived, and they supported and motivated me throughout my pregnancy. Despite being overweight, they encouraged me and guided me so well that I was able to have a normal delivery. Kudos to the entire team and the staff members for being so cooperative, caring, and professional! The hospital itself is very well-maintained and truly budget-friendly — unlike many others that focus on expensive delivery packages. I’m so thankful to everyone at Shubham Hospital for giving me the best care and such a wonderful experience.

We had a very good experience with Dr. Arushi and Dr. Sushma. Both doctors are kind, patient, and highly knowledgeable. They listen carefully and explain everything clearly, which makes the patient feel comfortable and confident. The treatment was accurate, and the overall care was excellent. I am blessed with a baby boy. Even though my pregnancy was complicated, with the guidance of Dr. Arushi and Dr. Sushma, everything became easy and stress-free. Both Sushma Ma'am and Arushi Ma'am are a good gynecologist in our Kalkaji area. Mere dono bachche yahin pe Normal delivery se huye hain. I will highly recommend Shubham Hospital if someone is willing to have a Normal delivery.

I had got EndovenExperienceous laser treatment done for varicose veins from Shubham Hospital which has not been cured till now. Before that they made big promises that you should come and there will be no problem, we will cure it completely. If you have any problem, please tell us. Now these people are not even replying to my messages. I still have pain in my leg and the veins have also become tight. All the money went waste. I took 55 thousand rupees from them but they wasted all the money. Bad experience. We go with a hope which was completely shattered. It takes me 4-5 months to collect so much money which was shattered by them. This is a useless hospital. Example: "My hard earned money of 55,000 rupees wasted. I will not recommend anyone to get varicose veins treatment done here."

Staff always asked for tip , they don't even think this is not five star hotel. Its an hospital. , dr don't even listen to pts scope of treatment. Worse experiance of my life. The worst experience ever I have faced in this hospital doctors are not aligned and the staff is too bad in communication also unexperienced people, they made me sick.... I wont suggest anyone to go there. Wrong injuction was given... Due to my my hands were swelled too High with redness ,no one even cove to check again ,even I was into hospital for more then 10 hours.

Hospital is fair and nurse are ok but nurse fated means niyat not ok agar aap yah delivery ke liye jaate he aur delivery ke baad nurso ki line lag jaati he paise maangti he suit maangti he and etc. are yaar tum free me delivery Kara rahe ho ek to normal delivery bol ke chalte ho fir operation kardete ho aur bakshish maangte ho. Agar koi aam aadmi ho to uski to tum waise hi maardoge bakshish maangte , maangte. Not fair hospital take action for this ..
