Shubham Hospital

The staff is courteous, hospital is clean. But please avoid doctor's consultation. Its not worth it. Had gone there for a rabies shot, but made the mistake of getting a doc's opinion. The scratch was very minor, no blood, barely noticeable, hence I thought I will check if I needed the shot. The Doc (Dr. NK Aggarwal) didn't even look at the scratch, just took my word that there's a scratch, and asked me to take the vaccination, of course, after charging me the consultation fees. The hospital is otherwise good and the staff etc. are generally courteous.

Both my deliveries went smooth with the help of Dr Arushi and Dr Sushma Ma’am. They both are very supportive and helpful. The staff, nurses are also professional and helping throughout. I will recommend them to be the best gynaecologist in area.

Doctor N K Aggarwal is a very senior and experienced physician with good clinical skills and excellent beside manners. The rooms are clean. Cleanliness is taken care of personally by the management. Nursing staff is also helpful and friendly.

Both my kids were born here with normal delivery. Dr. Arushi and Dr. Sushma really took a good care of mother and the baby. The nurses and the staff are also polite and caring. Compared to other hospitals in this area, I find this hospital less expensive.

Absolutely terrible experience at Shubham Hospital. The attitude of the doctors and nurses was rude and unprofessional, and the whole place felt like it cared more about money than patients. The charges were ridiculously high, and it honestly felt like every opportunity was being used to squeeze more money out of us. On top of that, the hygiene was shocking. There was a bad smell throughout the place, the bed sheets were dirty, and even the curtains looked like they hadn’t been cleaned properly in ages. For a hospital, basic cleanliness and respectful treatment should be the bare minimum. Unfortunately, neither was there. The rude staff, poor hygiene, and excessive charges made an already stressful situation much worse. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before choosing this hospital. Very disappointing experience and absolutely not worth the money.
