Daffodils By Artemis Hospitals

I booked a deluxe room at Daffodil by Artimis in East of Kailash on March 9th for my delivery. As per my conversation with Mrs. Rajni, I was promised a decorated room, photoshoot, cake-cutting ceremony photoshoot, and a complimentary baby foot casting. I would like to know if Artimis typically offers such packages and if they stand by their commitments. When can I expect to receive these services? Kyo mujhe mrs.rajni ji respond nahi kar rahi aaj meri doctor ko visit bhi hui tab bhi koi package ki chiz nahi mili.

Good hospitality my doctor is dr indu tondon and she is very in everything related delivery before after both she guides me very well staff of hospital is nice helpful lactation training also good

Got my first baby delivered here by Dr. Puja Sharma. Though our doctor was superb, we had terrible experience with the hospital. This hospital is liar cheat and fraud hospital and dont fulfill their commitments. So here our story begins, We informed hospital one day before our admission so that they can make arrangements accordingly on time. But nothing was arranged. Room was not ready, their fetal dopplers were not charged, their NST machines were not working. Eventually my wife had to suffer for one and an half hour in labor pain in this scorching heat weather without AC and wait for arrangements to be done. Another major issue was about their billing and commitments. While booking they they told us about additional things that they would give. Like Room decoration, Car Decoration, Cake Cutting Baby Picture Frame Etc, but for room decoration they put 4 balloons on room door, no cake cutting was done, again 4 balloons were put on car, they didnt' even bother to atleast wipe dust from car, for baby photo after the click we were informed we would receive the frame after one month and if we want picture now (soft Copy) then we have to pay Rs 600 /- extra. Now comes the billing part- where they cheated the most. We were informed in night prior to discharge that the total bill is around 145,000 however in morning they increased it to 1,53,000 that too when no medicine or additional care was given in night to baby or mother. God knows how come they increased 8,000 in night. Even our doctor puja sharma ma'am spoke to them and said that this is not correct, no extra things have been used as our case was no serious case and a normal one, still they were adamant about it and made us to pay 153K. The only good part was that the nursing staff was good. So from my side A BIG NO TO THIS HOSPITAL

I was treated by Dr.Puja Sharma and have had a great experience. She’s kind and super supportive of her patients. The entire staff and care takers did an amazing job especially Shakuntala and Laxmi. The nurses checked in regularly and were very kind and professional. Room no. 1002

It was Pleasent stay at Daffodil, all the staff and doctors and attendant are very educated , Trained and experienced. As we already connected to the hospital from last 4 years and never face any problem from Hospital side. One of the best mother & child care hospital in south delhi. Hospital staff was very supportive from admission , delivery and till discharge. We got room 3104 where sister Shakuntala and all other nursing members took care of my wife and child safely. Special thanks to Dr. Anuradha Khurrana for making our pregnancy journey so smooth.
