Indus valley hospital is best in Najafgarh I m admit in Indus valley on 01 Nov I am suffering with dengue now I feeling better Dr lovesh Jain treat me all staff and doctors are best specially dr lovesh Jain thanks reception staff are also good
One of the worst hospitals that a person can come across. They are doing forgery to make money out of your insurance policy by extending your stay and treatment at the hospital. Beware of people like Aamir (Dr. in emergency ward), receptionist(Divya) and most importantly Shankar (TPA and accountant) 1. Recently my new born baby was admitted for jaundice treatment in this hospital, and his discharge was delayed just to extend our stay beyond 12 PM so that they can charge us for the 3rd day. 2. Nurses are not professional, lack knowledge. They are generally not more than maid’s wearing white coat. 3. Emergency Doctor like Aamir are rude and admitted the child without checking the vitals. He is expert in making loose comments and did the same with my wife. 4. TPA person named Shankar inspite of giving estimate for 2 days for RS 17 k extended our stay for 3 days just to increase the amount to Rs 28000.he never took the permission from us.
They do not care if it's an emergency or not, they only care about the their fees! Even after calling and having conversation with management staff they did not give a clear answer if the doctor was there or not. They were more concerned about their "parchi" /slip. Even after highlighting the issue their attitude was so bad! They should treat emergency situations as an actual EMERGENCY. A doctor should be down to earth and not roam around like goof ball in his own hospital. Never going this hospital ever again!
Indus valley hospital bhot acha hospital h yaha par saari suvidhaye h hospital staff nursing staff sab bhot achi care krte h Indus valley hospital me saaf safai bhot achi h Thank you 😊 sonia sister …
Recently my wife was admitted for treatment in this hospital, and his discharge was delayed, Discharge time given by Dr. 2 PM and Discharge Kiya gaya 6 baje or bola gaya ki dr. Ne abhi Discharge Peper pe signature nahi kiye abhi lunch pe gayi h 6 baje tak lunch Hota h dr. Ka. 6 baje Discharge Kiya gya wo v what's up Discharge paper k sath without signature, and next day original Discharge summary mili aur usme se v dr. Ka prescription peper nahi tha, fir dr. Duplicate banwa ker diya gaya hame. 2. Nurses are not professional, lack of knowledge. They are generally not more than maid’s wearing white coat.
I found this the worst hospital in this universe, you must be thinking that I'm exaggerating but this is the truth. It's my personal experience. I've been there for 3 days. The staff was very rude and the service that they provide was extremely bad. They didn't give the medicines properly but the charges were very high. I was in even worse condition when i got discharged. I could write an essay on it but can't waste anymore time.
Best dr eyes surgery and good response ☺️☺️
Poor Staff with Poor medical services. No Value of time of the patient. Eye Doctor Saurabh always comes late to visit the hospital. No proper systm for attending the parient. Staff member are use less doesn't know how to do thier jobs. Dont waste your time at Indus Valley Hospital.
Worst hospital in najafagrh, I was admitted in this hospital for just normal stomach pain. But they admitted me into the ICU to make money and to the insurance company they were not able to explain that what is the need of ICU in just stomach pain. So, it took more than 24hours just to approve the claim from insurance company side as the case was looking doubtful to them. On the top of that they took 2500rs as room rent for those 24 hours in which i was waiting for the claim approval. Interestingly, one doctor here confirmed me that i wont need to pay a single penny for room rent for those 24hrs. But in last they took it. And when i said that your doctor said not to pay....the owner(Dr. Saurabh) of hospital replied carelessly that then took the money from that doctor. Means he was okay with the mismanagement under his nose. Anyways i have very disturbed experience over there better to go in government hospital.
I m satyavir Singh I was admitted for abdomen pain 201room no. Finally I am satisfied to all facilities like hospital staff all good and finally today my discharge and Sonia nursing staff is punctual and giving good nursing care.
