Indus Valley Hospitals General Hospital Eye centre and Maternity centre CGHS

I came in the indus valley hospital for my father's eye checkup 7 july 2023 . Receptionist said that doctor(saurabh karalia) will come at 11AM but not it is 11:30 AM doctor is not here and the staff is saying doctor will come on 11:30 Am. There is no punctuality I think a doctor mean discipline and responsibilities but here lack of both. Your staff and doctor should value the time and problem of patient.

I went to enquire about C section surgery but did not get satisfactory answers. First thing was the Doctor was emphasizing to take pvt room instead of semi pvt room. Even they told me that if you take semi pvt room later they can allot to male patient the same room (really shocking)ideally it should be female patients only in sharing room (semi pvt room)I don't know what kind of hospital it is? Secondly they told that we will show you how to feed infant only one time after that you have to feed every time as we won't be able to feed your infant everytime. So to be honest I didn't understand their logic behind it. Anyways I dropped my idea to conduct surgery from them. Better to go somewhere else. May be this hospital is good for eye afflictions.

This hospital provides poor services, with careless staff and a lack of professionalism. Patients feel exploited due to high charges without receiving the quality care they deserve.

Best Hospital to visit, good staff, good environment, Helping nature of doctors, I had a great experience with Dr. Saurabh (Opthalmologist), Very friendly nature, My eyes were perfect in 10 days after he gave me the treatment!! Very satisfied with Hospitality!

Worst experience ever👎 The behaviour of the doctor ( DR. SAURABH KARALIA) is not good towards the patient and I am not satisfied with the treatment because I asked the doctor to please tell me the actual reason behind the eye infection they totally ignored me and call next patient. Totally waste of time and money

One of the best hospitals in najafagarh with good doctors and trained efficient staff. I am fully satisfied with all services till date. Dr Saurabh is the best eye surgeon in najafagarh. Got my mother operated and she have good vision in both eyes. Thank you sir

Very bad experience ..... Doctors dont come on time ..... no care for patient .....staff's behaviour is also bad ..... patient had to wait fro more than 2 hrs for just check up

Unprofessional behaviour from desk staff. Hospitality is not much awarding. Nursing staffs are good and confident.Need to improve your follow up facilities with proper time schedules. thank you!!!
