Indus Valley Hospitals General Hospital Eye centre and Maternity centre CGHS

This hospital run by greedy Doctors and administration. I went there for normal injection infusion I ask reception Staff Pawan for But they treat make us fool sending patient inside and doctor close door start injection without telling me charge after that ask me 20 k for deposit I ask for one injection it's to much than he took me one admin in charge they play "good and bad guy" front of me to force me to pay 1967/- otherwise they stop infusion and my injection will be waist, I have no way to go this is biggest mistake to come here. i have all Prof about double charge and fake treat I will write to health ministry and social media.pls do not believe seen paid reviews . This hospital worse no one here to help u .

Undoubtedly you can expect a good care by doctors and nursing staff but few important services are still to be added as per my experience. NICU is not upto mark and new born gets shifted to other location which is bit troubling. Management especially TPA service is slow hence you have to be in regular follow up else patient will remain in General ward(however staff & doctor immediately act there also). All in all considering location it's 👍.

Registration fee, formal hallo, waiting, doctor's visit. Looks ok.

It's near tura Mandi Najafgarh, Hospital OPD fees is reasonable and the eye doctor saurabh kalra attend to your need but keep in mind there will be a long queue before you get your number.. overall they have most of the equipment for eye check up and the doctor behaviour is also good.. Overall good eye doctor

Pathetic! Absolutely rubbish and incompetent Manager/reception.Worst hospital to treat people.Manager doest know anything about hospital and when patient complaint it manager misbehaved with patient very much loudly they don't have atticate how deal with person who was suffering form High BP after that manager misbehave with patient. Dont ever go to this hospital if you love your loved ones..they have no humanity, unprofessional staff.I know don't know how person give positive feedback they all are paid review don't trust on positive review all are fake Manager should be suspended for this behaviour and when i go to Dr sourabh for complaint the manager behavior all staff everyone stopped me, did not let me meet. I request to u Dr Saurabh if u want make better hospital first take action on manager and suspended for this behavior

Meri mother indus vally hospital mai addmit thi aaj wo discharge hui hai unke pair ki ungli mai fracture hua tha unhe yaha bhut acha treatment mila jo care ghar pr hoti hai waise hi yaha meri mother ki care hui hai time pr medicine time pr checkup khana sb acha se mila dr. And staff very good

Indus valley hospital having great facility and specially Kavita Ma'am and their staff is very nice , soft with nature and very comman sanse to brief the patient from my view. Also reception staff namely Priyanka is very soft behaviour with visitors and also very helpful...... Thank you so much Indus valley staff for this.... Regards Surender Kaushik

Wrost experience, unprofessional team, highly not recommended hospital. It was our wrong decision to to het delivery here, their priorities is to the making money from patients not his/him trestments

Dr. Saurabh karaliya eye surgeon is very good and well experience eye Doctor and OPD staff familiar in nature . Indus Velly hospital is the best hospital in najafgarh.
