Verry verry bad experience.. with dr. Saurabh, staff and their hospital management . They are less cooperative. Even they can't give bill receipt nd eye lens detail.. They take more money for high quality expensive lens but use low quality lens. So very bad experiences with this hospital. I suggest everyone that stay away from this hospital.

Jab hum doctor ko dikhane Gaye to doctor ne dekhne ki bhi jarurat nahi samjhi bahar nahi aayye. Aaj ye problem h eyes me problem ho gayi hai Sabhi se nivedan h vaha na jaye vaha koi jimmedaaari nahi leta h

We have been asked to deposit 10 thousand as security when we have 5 lakh cashless health insurance with a reputed insurance company. SHANKER, TPA processing boy is very rude, unethical, unprofessional. He does not know how to talk to patient and attendants. He talk very loudly and like a illiterate person. We have admitted our patient under health insurance but immediately after patient admission we had asked to deposit 10,000/- immediately. He always try to pull amount from patients. He does not care about patients and their treatments but look how he can get money from them. We forcefully asked either to leave from hospital premises or deposit Rs.10000. Finally, we have to come back without a treatment as we do not treat our parient such place where money is more important than patient.

Pathetic hospital, worst staff. Doctors and nurse, they don’t know how to talk and behave with patients. They will never tell you and provide the line of treatment of the patients. Just for normal infection, doctors were insisting us to move the patients to ICU. Fake and false line of treatment was mentioned in the file.I won’t give even one star to this hospital and will going to complain about this hospital to Delhi health ministry

बहुत ही बेकार स्टाफ पिछले 1 साल के दौरान करीब 95% डिलीवरी यहां सी सेक्शन के द्वारा करवाई गई हैं डॉक्टर लास्ट टाइम में पेशेंट को डराकर सी सेक्शन की तरफ प्रोत्साहित करते हैं इन जैसे संस्थान केवल अपने पैसे को देखते हैं ना कि पेशेंट की बीमारी को कृपया ऐसे अस्पतालों से दूर रहें जितना हो सके उतना सरकारी अस्पताल की तरफ ध्यान दें,, राय मैं अपने पर्सनल एक्सपीरियंस से दे रहा हूं केवल gynae के लिए आदर डिपार्टमेंट के लिए मुझे कोई जानकारी नहीं

Best hospital in Najafgarh, Dr. Kavita (Gyna) is very experienced. My two children's are borned in this hospital by normal delivery.All staff is very helpful. Again thanks to all..........

Unprofessional hospital staff and one doctor who was present today at 6:30 AM , mere bata fever jayada hone karan unconscious ho gaya tha aaj morning me jab me hospital pahucha approx 6:30 AM doctor sahab bolte hai pahle aap reception par ja kar paper work pura karo phir me treatment karuga, jo puri tarah se galat haie request Kiya ki aap treatment suru kariye please me documention ka kaam pura kar dunga to wo mujhe mana kar diye phir me waha se kisi aur hospital me admit Kiya hu Me request kar use doctor se ki kisi aur ke satha phir kabhi aisa na kare kyu ki doctor hamare liye God hote hai yahi maine suna hai

This hospital staff don't coprate with patients. They charged highly as compared to other private hospital. Thwy have unskilled lower staff. According this hospital labour pain is not emergency. They promise to patients and at last they say that we don't promise of any type of treatment.
