I would not recommend this hospital for even emergency cases, the staff is rude, negligent, undertrained and very unprofessional. My dad was admitted to this hospital while he was having silent heart attack. The staff did his ECG at 1 pm but didn’t check until 6:30 pm when we went to meet him during evening visiting hours and asked the doctor for report. The Dr. then panicked after seeing his ECG, did another one and asked us to take him to another hospital immediately and didn’t inform us about his condition. This created panic within us and we rushed him to another hospital where they told us about the attack. Within 15 days he got his angiography and bypass surgery done and by God’s grace he is getting better.

My wife suffering gyn problem dr Kavita is best gynecologist she is good and experience doctor . Indus valley provide good service thanks to dr Kavita and her team coprative staff nursing staff and food service .I suggest some pls keep a normal patient with surgery patient not a vomiting patient who doesn't cause any problem to the surgery patient 👍 all are good I appreciate to Indus valley 😊

कोई मत जाना इस अस्पताल में बेकार अस्पताल है।मैं गया था आज इस अस्पताल में सेवा बहुत बेकार है। और तो और यहा के कर्मचारी पुलिस लेके आ रखे थे , ये हॉस्पिटल वाले अपना हॉस्पिटल के स्टाफ की सैलरी तक नहीं देते। बिचारे गरीब लोगो का मेहनत का भी पैसा नहीं देते। Useless wrost hospital. Don't waste your time and money.

Don't go to this hospital if you have private insurance. Staff doesn't know any thing. Most of the nurses staff are newly passed out. Doctors are not very caring and visit in morning and evening time only. Things are delayed unnecessarily. You need to follow up again and again.

Dr's are good wth full of knowledge 1 thing which I lik to mention here that Dr. Explain each and everything regarding treatment. "BUT staff and receptionist r vast don't knw hw to work so unprofessional behaviour, Vast experience going on with the hospital on the front dask reception don't knw hw to work even they don't know hw to deal with patients. Dr come arreal bt x Ray person coming late. I visited the hospital on 8th of July 2024 with my daughter, she have a little pain in here right leg dr. Rohit Kansal is to good in his work to explain me the problem and he suggested us take the XRay; bt here the problem started we done with d X Ray. I ask for reports of XRay they give me film nt report the reception said its come at 1 PM and they send it on my phone num bt I am nt received my daughter's report till that is 13th July 2024 i visited the hospital and ask for my daughter's report and "guess what reply I received " the reception told me tht my daughter's report nt made by the XRay person when i said its a clear negligence on the part of hospital, thn she is not ready to give me the name of the person who have this responsibility. Even its shocking tht orthopaedic Dr. ROHIT KANSAL coming at 9 AM and he is too professional and know how to work and explain the case with patient bt the XRay person come at 10AM when I force the reception to call tht person, I have to mention 1 more thing tht XRay person don't knw hw to speak with person he speaks so badly lik an uneducated person. The reception take At lest 25 mints to 30 mints to create 1 bill they are more interested to make entries on there registers and patients are waiting for there number. I requested to the owner's of the hospital tht they have to improve there reception and take some professional persons so that your hospital name and reputation r not spoiled online and offline also.

Highly recommend! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Indus valley hospitals Dental Department!! I have LOTS of anxiety about going to the dentist. Dr. Manish Gupta was amazing. They made me feel comfortable and I believe the treatment plan is actionable and has my best interest in mind.

Had really bad back pain from long time. Dr faizan i just wanted to say a huge thank you for all your help! Your explanations and exercises are easy to follow, and I feel much more confident in my recovery. Thanks again for everything ,I’d definitely recommend you to anyone needing physio.

अत्यधिक निराशा के साथ यह समीक्षा लिख रहा हूँ — बहुत खराब प्रसूति सेवाएँ, रूखा स्टाफ और बिल्कुल भी टीमवर्क नहीं मैं यह समीक्षा बहुत अधिक निराशा और मानसिक पीड़ा के साथ लिख रहा हूँ। मेरा अनुभव इंडस वैली हॉस्पिटल, नजफगढ़ के साथ अत्यंत खराब रहा है। मैं स्वयं CGHS लाभार्थी हूँ और डिलीवरी CGHS एम्पैनलमेंट के अंतर्गत कराई गई थी। डिलीवरी की तारीख: 28 अक्टूबर 2025 निष्पक्षता के लिए यह भी कहना चाहूँगा कि डॉ. कविता एक शालीन, विनम्र और मरीजों से सम्मानपूर्वक बात करने वाली डॉक्टर हैं। हालाँकि, केवल एक डॉक्टर का अच्छा होना पूरे हॉस्पिटल की व्यवस्था और कार्यप्रणाली की कमियों को नहीं ढक सकता। 1. रूखा व्यवहार और टीमवर्क की भारी कमी: हॉस्पिटल का स्टाफ—रिसेप्शन, पैरामेडिकल, हाउसकीपिंग और सपोर्ट स्टाफ—एक टीम की तरह काम नहीं करता। स्टाफ मरीजों के सामने आपस में बहस करता रहता है। रिसेप्शन स्टाफ का व्यवहार अत्यंत असहयोगी और रूखा है। हॉस्पिटल में कोई प्रभावी ग्रिवांस/शिकायत निवारण तंत्र मौजूद नहीं दिखता। मरीजों से संवाद केवल बिल और भुगतान तक सीमित रहता है। 2. डिलीवरी के समय गंभीर लापरवाही (कट और टांके): मेरी पत्नी की सामान्य डिलीवरी के दौरान आवश्यकता से कहीं अधिक लंबा वेजाइनल कट (एपिसियोटॉमी) लगाया गया, जो चिकित्सकीय रूप से अनावश्यक प्रतीत हुआ और केवल डिलीवरी जल्दी कराने के उद्देश्य से किया गया लगता है। टांके लगाने की प्रक्रिया अत्यंत गैर-पेशेवर रही। तीन अलग-अलग डॉक्टरों ने बीच-बीच में सिलाई की—एक डॉक्टर कुछ टांके लगाकर चला गया, दूसरा बीच में छोड़कर चला गया और अंत में एक जूनियर डॉक्टर ने शेष टांके लगाए। कुल मिलाकर लगभग 10 टांके लगाए गए। गलत तरीके से की गई सिलाई के कारण तीन दिन के भीतर टांके खुल गए, जिससे मेरी पत्नी को गंभीर शारीरिक पीड़ा और मानसिक कष्ट हुआ। 3. जन्म प्रमाण पत्र के लिए परेशान किया गया: डिलीवरी के लगभग एक महीने बाद मैं अपने बच्चे के जन्म प्रमाण पत्र में नाम जोड़ने हॉस्पिटल गया। यह जन्म पंजीकरण उसी हॉस्पिटल द्वारा MCD में किया गया था। स्टाफ के पास MCD पोर्टल की पूरी पहुँच थी और उन्होंने प्रमाण पत्र डाउनलोड भी किया, जिससे यह स्पष्ट था कि नाम जोड़ना कुछ ही मिनटों का काम था। इसके बावजूद जानबूझकर सहायता से इनकार किया गया और मुझे साइबर कैफे या MCD कार्यालय भेज दिया गया। कुल मिलाकर, इस हॉस्पिटल में संवेदनशीलता, पेशेवर रवैया, जवाबदेही और आपसी समन्वय का भारी अभाव है। यदि यह हॉस्पिटल CGHS एम्पैनल्ड न होता, तो शायद यहाँ मरीज न आते। अत्यधिक निराशा के साथ मैं कह सकता हूँ कि गर्भवती महिलाओं और उनके परिवारों को इस हॉस्पिटल को केवल अंतिम विकल्प के रूप में ही चुनना चाहिए।
